I love it how in the Hubspot reports, you can click a number in the report and drill down farther and see the actual contacts names, emails etc. With the new feature of Marketing & Events, it would be so awesome if you could click on the registration number and be able to see those individual contacts in a list and than same for attendees.  ...read more

Suggestion: in COMPANY Records, make the "Contacts" in the upper right-hand corner able to be set based upon specific criteria. For example, some contacts might be more important than others. So having them at the top of the list would be beneficial. Provide a search box to allow searching for a  contact in the detailed contact view screen so we do not need to go back to the contact view and then go back to the detailed view once the new contact is found. ...read more

We really need the ability to filter by association label outside of creating a list. If a company has more than 5 contacts associated, then currently we have to create a list and filter by company and association label to view the contacts with a specific label. It would be way easier to click "View More Contacts" and be able to view association labels from the Contacts view. ...read more

Within the contact panel & the "About" section it would be good to have an option to set for properties that if it is blank then to not appear or if the property could minimise so it doesnt take up as much room. Currently, only users with "Edit access to Everything" for Contacts and Companies can deduplicate contacts and companies in their account using the duplicate management tool.   This renders the tool mostly useless when your database is partitioned by HubSpot Teams. It means that "Edit access to Everything" users would have to know everything about the contacts and companies within every team's database in order to make the right decisions on what merges and how it merges. Therefore, the users on individual Teams (with Object access set to "Team Only") should 100% be able to deduplicate their owned records!   I recognize that many times duplicates cross teams — but in this case wouldn't you simply indicate before the dedupe is conducted that other Teams duplicates (records that match) will not be included in the search? ...read more

We are a business with over 100+ users on HubSpot and there is currently no way to tell which users own the Views on HubSpot.   We need a feature to be able to see who owns what views.   I am currently in the process of trying to archive a Deal property but I am unable to do this because the property is used in 9 Views within Deals.  I cant  amend these Views myself, only the owner of the View can do this, so I am unable to archive this property. It is impossible for me to find out who owns these Views with having over 100 users on our system.   ...read more

We want as many contacts as possible to be associated with a company but when enabling the setting to associate contacts based on domain it will automatically create a company for all new domains hubspot doesn't already have associated with a company. This causes us a lot of extra duplicate companies we just can't handle so we'd prefer if the setting had an extra option to not create the companies and just leave the contact unassociated if it cannot find a matching domain. ...read more
