If one has fewer than five contacts, this is fine; however, for those engaging with larger B2B accounts, this number could be 30, 40, or more. As contacts are identified, they are added, meaning they will not appear in the top five, as they were associated later. Essential contacts, or those most regularly contacted, among those added later can only be seen if the contacts are expanded, resulting in a filtered contacts list from which the essential contacts can be found.
