Add a feature to specify the order of CRM card of assocaited records depending on which record you are viewing them from.   The feature would need to be able to specify a field and the ordering,  so if  you select  a Date you could pick "newest to oldest", if a number "highest to lowest", or text field "alphabetic ascending".     ...read more

While it's possible to customise which properties are shown on a company association card, this is currently only possible for company association cards shown on a contact page, deal page or ticket page. Sometimes I meet a couple of people from the same company. They all have similar attributes other than email and name. It will be great if there is a Clone feature, so that I can create a comprehensive contact and then duplicate the same properties to the others. Currently, it doesn't appear possible to see a list of all contacts under the umbrella of a parent company, without also associating each contact with both parent and child companies.   I'd like to associate contacts with the specific branch of a business they work for, but be able to see an aggregated list of all contacts related to the whole org when viewing the parent company record. ...read more

We would like to have the ability to sort the Associated Contacts on a Company page. This can be drag and drop, a numbering system, by contact's title/association, etc. It would be helpful to choose which contacts are shown at the top. ...read more

Hi! I found out that if a contact has 2 associated companies, for example company A (primary company) and company B. If I delete company A, then company B is not automatically set as a primary company for this contact.    Would it be possible for HubSpot to consider developing this function in the next update?   Thanks! ...read more

Hello, I'm running some Zapier automation next to Hubspot and I'm getting errors every time a deal does not have an associated company labeled as "Primary". To give more details, there is a Zapier action that searches for the association deal_to_company. It is designed such that it collects the data of the primary company since it's the only criterion to distinguish the unique company you wanna get the data from. The error is triggered once the "Primary" label is manually removed from the company that is associated with a deal, then when this deal reaches the stage that triggers the Zaps, Zapier is unable to find the supposed unique company. My suggestion to overcome this issue: Ask the user to specify another Primary company when he removes the default one (the company that was set as primary when the deal is created) Do not allow removing the "Primary" label when there is one associated company to a deal ...read more

Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, Operations   What is their goal? To completely hide properties when it is set to No Access for certain teams.  To customize the left sidebar for certain teams without them seeing a bunch of properties with the hide icon. ...read more
