Records can display reports cards, but only records from another object that are associated.   We have created the fields "Sales 2019", "Sales 2020", "Sales 2021" ... in the company and want to have a graphical view in the same object, which we want to display through reports. We created a general report and wanted to map it to the company. I want to send a customer XYZ a email with an link to check his customer information. When he clicks the link, he should be able to click the link and view his own contact information like his name, email address, etc in a form. If some the email address is out dated, he should be able to update it in the form. so, first he should see a prefilled form with his infomation from the CRM and then be able to validate and update.  ...read more

Hey HubSpot,    The parent company record really should be the sum of it's children. It would make since for there to be a default association pattern where when contacts are added to the children companies they are also associated to the parent record so all activity flows there.    then if someone wants to get specific, they could just click on the child company and view activity related to that one child company!   thanks!! this is a major painpoint for adopting hubspot as our sales CRM ...read more

It would be great if you could view all quotes associated with a company in the right panel.  This would help avoid the extra time it takes to click into each deal. It also give you greater visibility. And can even help as you use deals for upsell opportunities.  ...read more

We use workflows to automate many tasks we would normally be manually managing. I would like the ability to use workflows to "Create Note" on a Contact and/or Company record.   Example 1: Following a training, we provide our clients incentives. Currently our team manually adds a Note to the contact record of the individual who attended and also associates it with the company record of that individual. The note is the same for every individual that attends, but the incentive differs depending on the training. This helps our sales and support teams know exactly what was offered and when the incentive expires.   Example 2: Occassionally we use workflows to fix/update/change properties as we improve our internal processes. For these situations, it would be helpful to include a generalized Note on either the Contact or Company record explaining why the record/property was changed. Especially since we typically delete the workflow after the updates have been made. ...read more

Currently, the custom configurations set for an object's leftside bar do not carry over onto mobile. Additionally, mobile does not yet ever allow for external/custom-built integrations to be present on the object's left sidebar whatsoever. Problem: When editing default sidebar view by adding/removing cards, the order becomes locked for individual users to edit their view.   Proposed solution: Have the ability to still move the cards shown on the 'trimmed/selected' default view   More detailed description: We are looking to have the functionality of removing/adding cards on the default right-side bar view, but still have users move them individually. First off, I need to say that the Manage Duplicates tool is fantastic. True duplicate Contacts are important for our team to know about as we need to merge them in HubSpot and in two external locations, including in billing. However, as it currently stands, it's hard to find the true duplicates amid all the false ones.   Our association has about 100,000 members. They are constantly changing email addresses and joining and leaving certain clubs that are under our umbrella. In most cases, a record pops up in the "Manage Duplicates" area to warn me that a new John Smith exists, and prompts us to check if it the same as any of the other John Smiths in our database. When you have a lot of John Smiths, this is not very helpful.   My suggestion is to be able to exclude records from showing up on the Manage Duplicate Records list based on certain custom properties that we get to select.   Here's an example. If two John Smith records have "is known" for the date of birth ... and additionally the values do not match ... it is likely that this is NOT going to be a duplicate. If this is true AND the "Active in my Association" custom property has different values I already know this is not a duplicate. I would like for any items matching these filters to not show up on the list.   If the filters could be stackable, that would be ideal, because in addition to that filter, I'd like to be able to separately filter out fathers and sons who have a different Suffix. The filter here would be Suffix "is known" and "is not equal" ... ie Jr vs Sr.   And I'd like to additionally filter out any record where one of the sides in question has a particular status property of "Archived". In this case I don't care if it's the same person.   You get the picture!   We probably have 10,000++ duplicates on file, of which of course only 5,000 can display. But the number of true duplicates is far fewer. Sorting them by date has been an amazing addition to the tool, but instead of 20 or more POSSIBLE ones showing up per day it would be extraordinarily helpful to fine tune it so only the ones that truly need attention are displayed.   Thanks!
