can you filter two columns in hubspot. This should be a feature just like in excel for example. FOR EXCEL: Answer: You can filter multiple columns based on 3 or more criteria by applying an advanced filter. To do this, open your Excel spreadsheet so that the data you wish to filter is visible. ... You have a standard setting to automatically set contact owners fro their company owner, but not to do the reverse unless the company owner field is blank. We need the opposite setting to be available, ie. to only set the contact owner from the company owner IF that field is blank. This is requires because of how we do lead assignment for different campaigns, such that a company can be owned by one rep but we need a specific contact to be owned by a different rep. I can assign them easily by file imports from a campaign, but have to turn off the company to contact owner setting in order to keep a different owner for one specific contact. Make sense? We operate entirely online, and cater to clients around the world.   We capture contacts who fill up a form on our website (WordPress, Contact Form 7, International Telephone Input for Contact Form 7...i.e. the most popular CMS in the world, and the most popular contact form for that CMS). The form captures the phone numbers including their international country codes. However, Hubspot creates two problems: 1. Not passing control back to the form script, so the form is not sending emails anymore (only Hubspot sends emails about contact creation now...I don't get emails about form submission from the form anymore when Hubspot WordPress plugin is active) 2. Hubspot ignores the country code when it grabs info from Contact Form 7. As a result, I get the contacts' phones without knowing country codes. HubSpot should improve its capture of information from Contact Form 7. In the immediate term, HubSpot should indicate which country (and perhaps city) the form submission IP is located in (I know this is not 100% accurate, but I'll take it while HubSpot works to fix its form information capture) ... Hi all,   Due to the 'prevent CC'd emails being imported' solution only just rolling out... Is there a way to retrospectively fix this? What are the best filters to identify then remove contacts associated with a company that have, say, never replied to an email?   This would be a smart thing to include, similar to the remove duplicates tool   Thanks ... What would be really helpful is being able to track activities by team members. For example, a team member recently had a task to update some records manually over a period of months. We now need to see all the contacts that were updated for a campaign - we foolishly didn't include a field or static list to do this. We now have no way of finding these records. Now for us, it's just a timeconsuming task to go through manual records - however, it could be that mistaken or malicious activity by a team member would need to be identified and this would be a really helpful feature and an essential for due diligence I would think. Steps to Reproduce: Contacts>Contacts>Create Contact Request: After general information (Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Address, etc) add functionality to add a question or questions. The next field types to be filled in would be based on the answers to the question or questions. For example, Would you like a quote question with Yes or No drop down. I reached out to hubspot I.T. today and had no solutions to 4 questions.  Hopefully your team can help!    #1. Is there an integrated platform in Hubspot when creating a contact, I input their email. Ex: Robert.Jones@hubspot. Then, hubspot populates Robert Jones's information from the interwebs. Populating information like Position: "Managing Director" Company: "Hubspot Corporate" Address: "Hubspot corporate address" etc. We had this feature previously with another CRM tool and it was golden. Why don't we have it here?    #2. When I send "My Meetings Link" why does it require the fields "first name, last name and email." if I am emailing them a meeting request.. i already have their email right? These fields need to be optional. 100%. I have more important questions I would like to them to answer prior to our meeting. Not re-entering their information i already have in their Hubspot contact. It's embarrassing to be double asking for information I obviously already have.  Can you please remove this mandatory information requirement? The entire sales world using your platform will thank you!   #3. In Deals, on my board, I need to filter a column by closing dates (ascending to descending or vice versa) then potentially have the rest of the columns, based on the filter for that specific column.  But most importantly, column specific filters. Can this please be an option?   #4.Under tasks, it assigns tasks to a company not contact and when i click on my task, it tells me i don't have permission.. what??! I am trying to complete a reach out for a client, and now i don't have permission to view it. this is affecting my productivity and sales.   #5. How do I highlight all (or some) of my contacts and send only one email with the same information directly from me to them through hubspot at one time. Essentially mass email marketing/blast?   #6. When I look at a email i sent someone in my outlook, i get an alert that the contact has opened the email.. it was me (maybe my boss) opening the email, not the contact. Can this be fixed to be more efficient?   #7. Last question, lets say I write a phenomenal email using the hubspot platform, there should be an option at the bottom of the email that says, "Save as template." Currently, I have to send that email.  Then go back to copy it, go into my templates, re-edit it,  put in the inserted information and then save it. As we can see when a conversation starts, it shows "Conversation created from chatflow (a flow)" and "Chatting from: (someURL)". And a contact will be created if the user put in their email in the chat window. But when we look at the "Contact" created in HubSpot, we can't tell where they came from? It would be good to track the "(someURL)" as property as seen in the "Conversation", since HubSpot has it stored somewhere. The reason is, we want to tell the full URL the user is from, because the URL may contain extra information for use to help the user (e.g. hash id, action name) We would love to see the above to be added in the future version.     ...
