I would like a simple way to export the company owner's email address when exporting company views. When looking at the companies page, I can see the company owner and the company owner's email address in one column. However, when I actually export the view, only the company owner name is exported--it does not include the company owner's email address. I looked to try and find a separate field to add to this view that included the company owner's email address, and this field does not exist.    Yes, there are workarounds. I can go to the HubSpot user page and copy all of the user names and corresponding email addresses to a text file, and then using some formulas make it into a usable list to bounce some vlookups off of to finally get this information into my spreadsheet--but this seems like a silly amount of steps to take to obtain information that is already contained there in the view.   I appreciate your help!!   I appreciate your help!! ...read more

We imported our Pipedrive contact base into Hubspot. The contact structure was registered in the old CRM differently from the Hubspot, so we had to create more email fields. Now I need to consolidate in the field: E-mail, all the e-mails of the respective contacts that we import, creating the custom fields: Secondary E-mail and Tertiary E-mail. I ask you to evaluate the possibility of creating a workflow that allows this mixture of properties. Are you frustrated with the granularity of the automated/default Hubspot Company Industries? Boy do I have some news for you.   While the Hubspot automation for filling a Company's "Industry" field is fantastic for saving time, I've found some pain points. With our business (sponsorship sales), we take a much broader approach to categories in some cases, and a more granular approach in others. And, since you can't delete default Industries, it can be tricky.    For example, Accounting, Banking and Financial Services we would prefer to just bundle into a custom industry property, "Finance/Banking." The workflow automation looks something like this:   Enrollment Trigger = Company Industry is Known If/Then Branch: IF Industry is any of; Accounting, Banking, Financial Servies, etc. THEN create property value; Company Industry = Finance/Banking This worked. You'll have to have your custom Industries already input in order to select in the workflow. I'd imagine you could do one workflow for all industries, or do separate workflows for the industries you'd like to bundle. I'll likely opt for the latter, as I think that'd be easier to make changes to down the road.    ...read more

I'm setting up workflows on our Hubspot to track lead progression (New > attempted to contact > connected > ... ) and I'm using the contact property ''Recent sales email replied date'' to track if a lead has answered our sales e-mail.   However, some of the e-mails we have registered for a contact are not accurate and we get an automatic ''e-mail doesn't exist'' which gets registered as a reply and triggers the workflow, giving a inacurate depiction of our sales pipeline.   THere is a setting that allows us NOT to track e-mails sent to specific domains, perhaps have the opposite, where we don't track e-mails coming from certain domain name, or perhaps e-mails containing a certain text withint its body.   Thank you ...read more

Hello,   We are using the custom object functionality, and I stumbled on the ability to edit the displayed properities on our associated custom object card when viewing it from a different object type. See the attachment for an example.   It would be valuable to have the ability to customize the properties visible on all object cards. Example, I don't care about my Close Date when I see the cards as much as I may care about the RR Inactive Date.   This would also be valuable for Contact assocation cards. Hi, currently my sales team have to select set the contact as a "marketing contact" when creating manual contacts in Hubspot.    This never used to be there and sometimes they forget to set it before creating the contact as they work pretty fast.    That causes a problem with workflows as it then does not send the automated emails to the contact. I then have to manual re-nrole the contact at contact level into the marketing email workflow again.   Is there a way to set the "set marketing contact" as the default to "marketing contact" at property level? Or even better turn it off altogether so all contacts added are marketing contacts.   Can I add a feature request for the ability to change the default so it's set to marketing contact?   A lot of leads we input into hubspot come from outside lead generation sources so do a lot of other companies.   ...read more

Add a prefix to the numbers of contacts that do not have yet a prefix in their phone number property currently, and do it one for all contact (not manually for each contact). If I create the workflow yet with the contact enrollment trigger = Mobile phone number doesn't contain any of + I cannot alter just the prefix but have to set the entire phone number which is not possible to dynamically achieve for each contact.
