We often have multiple contacts in each company and I put my tasks on the CONTACT not the company. Instead of having to go back to the company record everytime to see if there has been outreach, it would nice to see a message bar, or some kind of notification to know if other contacts have been touched or are in sequence, or the total touches in the last 30 days (or whichever relevant timeframe).  ...read more

Hey everyone!   Our company is going through the process of detemining where our current customers are located and would be nice to have the ability for either a HubSpot default field or formatting ability to have a property that is the area code for a phone number.   Right now everything has to be taken into a google sheet and then filtered and then use a formula to strip out the area code. It would be awesome to be able to do this directly within HubSpot using an area code property!   This property would enable people to segment/analyze their contacts in a different way than currently possible! ...read more

We create notes on the Company to maybe only have the sales reps call the customer, for example.  When a new contact gets added to the company, that note does not appear by default.  You have to go back to the Company and associate that new company.   It would be great if there was a checkbox to automatically associate all contacts, existing and new by default.  This would help with less maintenance, fewer errors, and not missing some important note. ...read more

It would be so helpful if there was a button you could click that would take you to the bottom of the selected contacts activity page, so you don't have to manually scroll all the way down to the bottom to then work your way up or see where the contact orginated from! ...read more

My idea is to be able to add multiple companies to a single contact.   We work with business owners who have multiple locations and it would be great to associate that one owner/contact to their various businesses/companies in HubSpot so that everything is connected.   I hope this is something that is considered and added soon.   Thanks!     ...read more
