I noticed that when we create a Note, or Log a Call/Meeting, you can search for key words or exact full sentences of those through the general HubSpot Search. This is great if you need to quickly find a note you made and remember the words you used. However, we cannot search by contents of an Email that was sent by the customer or by us through the system. This was explored when I tried finding an old Ticket from a couple of years ago by searching for any key word that I could think of. Nothing really showed up at all with the HubSpot search, and I could only filter out tickets through the Ticket Name or ID, which was pretty time consuming. It would be so great if we could search HS by using key words that were used through an interaction done via email, and through the Description of a Ticket. This would save a ton of time in being able to find old cases/interactions with customers that we already resolved in the past and don't have to double the workload by trying to solve it again from scratch in the future. Being able to reference old tickets with new cases is a convenient way to resolve customer issues pretty fast. Along with being able to simply find an email that was sent that anyone (support, sales, CSMs, etc...) can to refer to in case they need to refresh their memory of what was said and done with a customer.
