It would be helpful and necessary if we (as customer) can individually decide, which parameter matches the contact details to the right company. At present that parameter which matches contacts to the compnay is "email adress". Concerning our case we would prefer to match the informationen by our individuel dealer ID. ...read more

It would be extremely helpful to be able to choose the order in which multiple associated contacts are displayed within a Company record. - All users will benefit from the ability to order the contacts so the correct ones show at the top. - This becomes particularly important when multiple contacts are collapsed. - This would also help with duplicate prevention.   Thank you!   ...read more

As of today only 5 tickets / deals are shown per contact, on the contact view (on the tiles to the right). It's quite usual for us to have multiple pipelines (Deals or Tickets), and multiple tickets / deals associated to the same contacts.   Given that not all pipelines have the same importance, it'd be ideal if we could somehow order / filter the tickets / deals shown in the contact view.    For example, let's say I have Service Pipelines A, B and C. With this feature, I would be able to exclude tickets from pipeline B (maybe they're not as important) from the Top-5 preview. It would be great if you could automate the lead allocation by day or team . This would mean you dont manually need to add and take people off on set days for lead allocation. Also be great to alter who get leads using mobile ap not just laptop. ...read more
