Scenario: To increase odds of connectioning with a prospect, I call my prospects by following the sun from Europe> to US East coast> to US West coast> to Hawaii, crossing 8-9 time zones, in order every day, 5am - 7pm The Challenge: HubSpot time zones are listed alphabetically by Country>Region>State; not by actual time zone. Ascending Time Zone sort example from my own My Companies list: America/Boise America/Chicago America/Denver America/Edmonton America/Los Angeles America/New York America/Phoenix America/Toronto America /Vancouver Europe/London Pacific/Honolulu In our globally accepted time standardization of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), HubSpot has sorted the list above in this order: UTC-6 (Boise) UTC-5 (Chicago) UTC-6 (Denver) UTC-6 (Edmonton) UTC-7 (Los Angeles) UTC-4 (New York) UTC-7 (Phoenix) UTC-4 (Tornoto) UTC-7 (Vancouver) UTC+1 (London) UTC-10 (Honolulu Compared to Excel's Data/Sort feature capable of prioritizing and sorting multiple columns simultaneously, HubSpot's erratic format is extremely inefficient for high volume, prospect calling. With HubSpot, I waste at least 1 hour per day or more just clicking and searching for my time zone targets Suggestion: 1.) (Role: for ALL HubSpot users>) Update the Time Zone feature to read in this order: UTC/two or three letter Country abbreviation/Major city in that zone . Examples: UTC+1/UK/London; UTC-4/CAN/Montreal; UTC-4/US/New York; UTC-5/US/Chicago, etc. Value: Significantly increase HubSpot probabilities for first phone contact. 2.) (Role: for all HubSpot users >) Install a Sort program for multiple columns in priority order rather than restricting a Company or Contact search to just one proprtie scolumn dictatng the results order. At the same time, unlock the defaults for "Contacts" and "Company" in Column #1 of their respective search pages, allowing users to the ability to position ALL their search properties in ANY column position they desire. (Goal>) More accurate, multiple parameters will enhance the search results while simultaneously keeping them all on a single pane of glass, (Value>) likely reducing, even somewhat, the need for additional custom lists and inefficient tabbing betweeng lists. Less clicking = more $$$. Example: Excel Data/Sort. These two simple changes could potentially Double (or more) the number of calls a HubSpot user could make in a day. Thanks for your consideration.
