When data is pulled from a domain during creation of a new contact or company the address is like 123 Streetname.   For usage of these addresses the number and streetname has be rearranged manually to Streetname 123 to comply with german postal or parcel services.    It would be great to be able to set a preference on how the address line should be populated. ...read more

Currently, you can "Edit Columns" on the Contact View.  These only apply to the individual user, and cannot be edited for the team at large.    We'd like to be able to set Default Column Views for the Contact Screen, Companies Screen, etc.  Thank you.  ...read more

There is already an funtionality for viewing and exporting of historical values like timestamps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/view-property-history   For example for the property "opted out of all emails".   It would be very interesting to view and export also the source, which is responsible for the change. I've seen quite a few HubSpot users who are looking to find data on when the status of their leads had changed, so that they can create notifications and keep reports on their leads that may need more work or less connection.    In a few community posts on this we ask customers to create a custom property to be able to report on this data and capture it.    In the Lead status property itself, we already capture this data and can export the information from the property settings (actions > export property history) but I've had customers ask couldn't we also do the same for Lead Status as we do Lifecycle Stage, and have those read only properties made to be reported on and possibly used with workflows for custom notifications?    Thank you! ...read more

We quite often have contacts who work across multiple companies, and the activity isn't always in regards to just the primary association. So it would be good to have the option to associate any activity to all associated companies.  ...read more

I would like a way to automatically create associations between engagements logged on contacts/companies and custom objects. Or be able to trigger this association with a workflow. For example if you have a contact associated with a custom object, and you log calls or tasks with the contact, those tasks should be logged on the custom object.    ...read more

We'd love it if we could have a view that we can select one of our customers and see what the portal looks like from their standpoint without having them share their screen/walk us through what they are seeing. This would be helpful if they mention that a ticket that is created isn't showing for them to help us see if it is a setting we need to update, or a bug (more often a setting lol).  ...read more

A new sync feature that allows Salesforce List Views to sync into HubSpot.    We have a couple contact lists that are constantly being updated by our Sales team for a specific newsletter we send out through HubSpot. However, not all members of the team use HubSpot regularly. It would be great if our team was able to update a Salesforce List View where it would then automatically sync & update in HubSpot.
