When logging emails to CRM, allow the attachments to be placed into or linked with the Deal or Contact.

Our sales folks are frequently looking in Deals for deals only related to specific company. Thus, it would be extremely helpful to be able to extend the search functionality for deals. Currently the deal search only allows to search by name or description. As a workaround some put the company name or a part of it into the deals name. This is neither cool nor desirable. Our expectation is that it’s possible to do a search by a part of the company name (primary associcated company). Example: If someone is searching in Deals for all deals related to a company called 'Test Company' then the search result should list all deals where the associated company name contains Test Company.

I would like to be able to reorder the fields and associations displayed when previewing a record. Ideally, we could edit which fields we want showing but even just being able to reorder the categories would be great. For example, we always want to check what deals are associated with a contact record (and vice-versa) but the associated deals section is buried at the bottom of the preview tab.

I am importing a CSV file with contacts that have multiple email addresses. Hubspot supports multiple email addresses in the "Email" field, which is wonderful, but the data cannot be imported this way. To import, I had to create multiple email properties (primary email, alternate email, etc). I can manually add the multiple emails in the single "Email" property but I have a large number of contacts. Any automated way to do this? Would recommend an enhancement to offer the ability to either import contacts in a way to add multiple email addresses to the "Email" property. Or, offer a way, after the import, to copy the data from another property (e.g. "Alternate Email") to the "Email" property without overriding the current email (i.e. adding a second or third email).

Hey, We need to be able to attach contacts we upload to a campaign in Hubspot. Let's face it, not many companies are 100% online, we all go to events and attend conferences where we get contacts, or even do hosted paid and are given lists of contacts (who have downloaded our content, not outbound). Salesforce allows us to attach contacts to a campaign with a workflow, could be an idea. It would also be useful to be able to attach contacts to a campaign for "deal source" purposes > when we send an MQL to an SDR, they get in touch, and the person forwards them to someone else in th company, so we can also attach that person to the source campaign! Because I don't have this posisbility, I have created a set of altnerate custom sources to track my marketing activities ROI and it is not fun. Please find a way of doing this! Cheers, Alivia

Automatically regular pipeline settings can move back Company's Lifecycle stage. That's a bad idea. Il't would be better that Lifecycle stages only growed in sequentiel order from Lead to Evangelist. This choice is your Hubspot's inbound marketing mind. Keep it right !

I was under the impression that when a Deal is attached to a Company, the contacts would automatically be pulled into the "Contacts" box. I would love the contacts to automatically be added when a company is attached to a deal so that 1. It saves me time but 2. When making calls, I know exactly which people are affiliated with deals from their companies so I don't call them by accident.

As a superadmin I would like to be able to customize the RIGHT sidebar in contacts, companies and other record types with a right sidebar, just like I can already today customize the left sidebar. As a minimum, I want to be able to show/hide the individual sections by team, so e.g. some teams don't see "Tickets", others don't see "Playbook", etc.

I am wondering if there is a way to upload the 'attachments' on a contacts page to be in folders instead of just uploading into a bit of an unorganised mess. If that makes sense. For example with recruitment purposes, if we could create a 'Compliance' folder within EACH contacts page in the attachments section where I could upload any right to work documentation, passport details, etc etc & then another such as a 'Contract' folder that we could keep all contractual documentation, your employee signed contracts, employee details & bank details and so on, together in an easy to find location without having to root through all uploads. I believe the attachment section could still automatically uplaod everything but then ideally i would like to be able to file these documents into easy access locations.

Hi there! My name is Sam and I am a Customer Support professional here at HubSpot for the past almost five years. I am chatting with my client Jadan, and he was asking me if we had an easier way to see precisely why the HubSpot score on a specific contact was changed. I let him know that the way he kind find this out, and the way I'd need to find this out as a HubSpot employee, is by viewing the details of the property history of that property on the contact, see what it's current and previous value are to see the difference, see the time stamps, look at the HubSpot score property rules, and cross reference those rules with the timestamp of the change and the activities on the record. This takes guesswork and time. Jadan and I would both like to suggest that we introduce an easier, cleaner, more direct way to view specifically why the HubSpot score value was changed, perhaps via a specific timeline activity. Such as "HubSpot Score: Contact's HubSpot Score increased 3 points from 0 to 3 due to clicking this link in xyz marketing email." That would make the reason very direct to see with zero guesswork.
