I noticed when viewing a record in Hubspot the attachments are not numbered in the same way that the other asssociated records are on the right sidebar (see attachment). This makes you think there are no attachments listed and is a poor UX. Can we have the number of attachments added to the heading of the 'attachment' card on record?

Our telephone system runs via MS Teams, i.e. all calls to our customer hotline go through MS Teams. It would make sense to have a link to HubSpot so that we can immediately see who is calling and what information about the caller is stored in HubSpot. I can imagine that it is relatively easy to develop an interface.

Logically from any search button, and especially the global search I should be able to search by phone number in a company level. And this is to our Business very critical.

Never Log does not work when emailing Conversations (Group Inboxes/ Channels). Even when HubSpot User Contacts don't exist they get created. It would be HUGE if we could prevent our HubSpot Users from ever being created created in our HubSpot Portal for obvious reasons (associations, privacy, etc.)

Submitting on a Customers Behalf: The contact owner field option order is not editable. the options are sorted by the default internal value. This causes a huge paint point if your ID happends to be in towards the bottom of the list. any time you assign an contact to yourself you find yourself scrolling through every option. Having the option to edit the order of the names/property options or HubSpot adding a "recently selected" or "recently used" to the top of the field would save users a great deal of time and make the experience of using the product that much more enjoyable.

I've just finished revamping our HubSpot Score rules and would love to be able to export said rules into a MS Word doc so that I can review them with management for changes and missing items. There are a ton of rules, which makes it extremely time consuming to re-type into a Word doc myself.

Currently, there is a Company setting of "Sync lifecycles stages (Company to Contact) to Update the lifecycle stage for contacts associated with a company when the company's lifecycle stage changes." In order to keep the Company updated with the highest LCS of any associated Contact, we have to run a WF, which though works, would be much simpler if it were provided in out-of-the-box settings.

Hey Hubspot community, I think it would be incredibly helpful if there was a way to easily mass-unenroll contacts from sequences. While I know you can currently select multiple contacts within a sequence to be unenrolled, I think a filter tool (example: you can search for people at the same company that you want to unenroll because you heard back from someone, set up a meeting, and want to easily make sure no one else from the business recieves another outreach in the meantime) would be life changing. It would be wonderful if there was more accountability with notes on contact files. As of right now, it is too easy for notes on files to be deleted leaving behind no trace and no ability for management to look back on them. I propose that there be the ability to: Restore deleted notes to files. View deleted notes from files. Lock notes on files. Whether that be that the Contact Owner can lock the notes or that admin is able to control the ability to delete information on a file at all times. I think it would be better if employees were unable to delete notes once left.

It would be helpful to click into a contact and see why they have a certain hubspot score. For example, if there hubspot score is 65, it would list all the steps or actions that contact made in order to get that score. I was looking under Property History inside a contact but it never really states why the score is moving up or down, it just says the score changed to a certain value and just states it's a "background task". It would be great if there was a place where it states everything that has caused a contact's score to be what it is. Like for example, Charles clicked an email so his score went up 2 points. Charles opens an email less than 2 days ago so his score went up 2 points, etc. Because looking at the image below, I'm really confused as to what's causing the score to move up and down when no actions are taking place.
