One of my biggest fustrations with Hubspot is that when a form is filled out or a meeting booked that the infomration may be changed on a contact or company level. As an example we had someone fill out a meeting request but used their companies info@ email and the person associated with that email information got updated with the person requesting the meeting. This also happens for hubspot forms, and is the primary reason we cannot use the intergration with Eventbrite, as we cannot ensure they will only use their email associated in hubspot. As a member of the Sales Department, it would be great to see which number I just called in the call outcome. We use to search for the companies telephone numbers on the internet and it is very common to find several contacts, however, the majority does not even ring. I see with the current Customer Portal system in HubSpot it currently deals with showing tickets. It would be great if we could have a more full experience with the customer portal such Contact Information- allow customers to manage their contact information Billing information- allow customers to add a new credit card, update billing info etc for their account with you Invoice History- customers can download old invoices, see product purchases etc Tickets- which you currently have and is great Existing subscriptions- see their current subscriptions. Think of it kind of like an e-commerce customer portal you would get with WooCommerce or Shopify. It would be amazing if we could give customers the ability to see their account with us if that makes sense.   I mean if you think about HubSpot does the same for us, we can manage our subscription, see billing info etc. We should be able to offer our customers the same with a full service customer dashboard. ...read more

When trying to look at the correspondence history (emails) with a contact, it is very difficult to follow a sequence, and it appears emails appear multiple times and seem to be in random order. it would be nice if there was just a chronological order with the most recent message sent or received at the top and each subsequent message as you scroll down. Wouldn't the contact record timeline be great if you could see an at a glance (at the top) when a contact has been touched. Almost like a scrubable timeline heatmap showing dots where they were touched. It'd help you see at a glance how often the whole team has been talking to the contact.   I imagine dots icons that let you see calls, sales emails, marketing emails (different dots for open, click and not opened), social media clicks, page views, form submissions, etc. Similar to Gong's deal view:   This would also allow you to jump to the beginning of a contact life easily.   Here's a rough mock-up: ...read more

When using 'create tasks' from the contact page it currently only gives the option to assign to a specific user. It would be great if you could select 'contact owner' rather than a specific user. Currently I need to do a duplicate batch of tasks for each owner, and tasks I create are almost always for the contacts owner rather than a specific person. ...read more
