The aim is to synchronize leads (those generated with hubspot tools) with CRMs designed for the automobile industry. This synchronization can be done easily, simply by making it possible to send an automated e-mail following the submission of a form filled in by a lead in Auto-lead data format to a specific ADF address. In preparation for an event or promotion, a landing page is created with a CTA directing to a form to generate a lead. However, there are improvements that would make it easier to draw conclusions and take action - most notably the ability to see health broken down separately for marketing emails, one-to-one emails sent through HubSpot and transactional emails. For one-to-one emails, HubSpot enables this option by default for any user that connects their personal email address:     For admins, there currently aren't any options to disable this for all users or for select users (that I'm aware of). Each user must disable this checkbox individually.   For some HubSpot customers, certain types of one-to-one emails do not require an unsubscribe link. Typically, ticket and customer service communication falls in this category of communication. For a customer reaching out to customer support, it's strange to receive a reply that suggests unsubscribing.   This becomes a bigger problem the larger the support team in a company. For each new support team member, an admin has to keep in mind that during their onboarding, they should disable this option.   Please either create an option under Settings > Privacy & consent or include an options within presets so that admins can disable and enable this settings in bulk for users. ...read more

I want emails sent from conversations inbox to be logged on the company that the contact is associated to. It's really important that everyone can see all emails sent to anyone at a company from just the company level, in order to get a full picture of who is talking to who and about what. ...read more

Our users are running into issues when replying all to an email in HubSpot, and trying to propose meeting times. The impact is that the guest will appear as the sole participant. Even though the email with the proposed times will be sent to all of the participants of the email, they'd be confirming it to the name of the main guest, meaning that any participant can agree to the proposed times but not be the actual guest who is accepting it.  Can we have an option to select multiple guests/attendees when proposing meeting times? ...read more

Hey team, it looks like I can report on Marketing email bounces but not sales email bounces. Am I seeing this right? This would be a tremendously valuable feature because, when info is incorrect, we send the lead over to our enrichment tool. In this case, we can't even know to do this. ...read more

When an email address is connected to HS as a channel, there needs to be a way to only allow certain users to send emails FROM that address.  Not everyone needs to have that email address as an option to send emails from. ...read more
