Many people want to start using Hubspot with their entire company's email history associated with the correct Hubspot Contact/Company, and visible to all Hubspot Users.   For many companies, historical email history is the *single* most important record of the interaction you and your colleagues have had with your customers and prospects.   This is a vital and common feature to other CRM's, like Close, Pipedrive, Zoho, SalesforceIQ, FreshSales...the list goes on.   The current solution that Hubspot offers is NOT effective. We need the import of emails to be A) automatic, and B) historical (including before we started using Hubspot). Logging, bcc, shared inboxes, etc., do not cut the mustard.   There are third-party companies that offer this, such as Threads, & MigrateMyCRM, but we all want a native Hubspot solution. currently - when email automation is not turned on you can check to log either incoming or outgoing gmails which is great.  However, files attached get logged in HS when sent, but not received.  IDEA:  add another box so user can select whether or not to log attachments for both incoming and outgoing emails.  This way we can add client files that they send without cluttering up their files and we can opt not to attach files we already have that we are sending ...read more

We have a terrible problem with people not paying attention when they log emails and they get logged to multiple records. It is very common for us to have multiple open deals for the same company or contact. Email correspondence from Office 365 with that contact can then get logged to several deals, even if it is only about a specific deal. It is a major headache. Is there a way to create a report that I could see the same email subject line and where it is logged?   It would make the handoff on these deals much easier to manage if we didn't have to dig through unrelated email threads.     ...read more

I got my e-mail connected. However I don't have a inbox in Hubspot, but I wonder why I cannot get a notification when a contact replies to my work mail.
