For one-to-one emails, HubSpot enables this option by default for any user that connects their personal email address:     For admins, there currently aren't any options to disable this for all users or for select users (that I'm aware of). Each user must disable this checkbox individually.   For some HubSpot customers, certain types of one-to-one emails do not require an unsubscribe link. Typically, ticket and customer service communication falls in this category of communication. For a customer reaching out to customer support, it's strange to receive a reply that suggests unsubscribing.   This becomes a bigger problem the larger the support team in a company. For each new support team member, an admin has to keep in mind that during their onboarding, they should disable this option.   Please either create an option under Settings > Privacy & consent or include an options within presets so that admins can disable and enable this settings in bulk for users. ...read more

The aim is to synchronize leads (those generated with hubspot tools) with CRMs designed for the automobile industry. This synchronization can be done easily, simply by making it possible to send an automated e-mail following the submission of a form filled in by a lead in Auto-lead data format to a specific ADF address. (see point 5) 3. The value this would add is not measurable, it would enable automation and connectivity between sales and marketing tools for automobile companies using similar systems. 4. ADFs are practically standard in the automobile industry when it comes to lead and customer data management. Activix is the CRM I use. 5. Here's an example of a situation where this would be useful. In preparation for an event or promotion, a landing page is created with a CTA directing to a form to generate a lead. Feature Request: Exclude Weekends from "Send Later" in One-to-One Emails I'm reaching out to request a new feature for one-to-one emails in the CRM. Currently, the "Send Later" function doesn't allow you to exclude weekends, which can be inconvenient for business communication. While I appreciate the provided resources on workflows and managing marketing email settings, this feature request specifically relates to one-to-one emails (not workflows or sequences). Here's why excluding weekends from "Send Later" would be beneficial: Improves Engagement: Sending emails on weekdays is more likely to get a response during business hours. It would be great if a filter could be added to the inbox, to filter by contact known/unknown. It would speed up the process of immediately identifying relevant emails and prioritize the ones coming from known contacts. ...read more

I want emails sent from conversations inbox to be logged on the company that the contact is associated to. It's really important that everyone can see all emails sent to anyone at a company from just the company level, in order to get a full picture of who is talking to who and about what. ...read more

Since everyone is looking to move from conversation inbox to Help Desk, I think it would be better if you add the button Compose to send emails directly outside without creating a ticket first. ...read more
