At present, if you reply by email to a Ticket from the Ticket page, using the Shared Team Email address, HubSpot does not add the Team Signature.   However, it does add the Team Signature if you respond to a Ticket from within the Conversation Inbox.   This is confusing and is not consistent behaviour.   Therefore, please can you change the Ticket page to add the Shared Team Signature to the reply, if you are sending the reply from the Shared Team Email address.   Many thanks! ...read more

Goal: Provide more flexibility in subscription management associated with sales emails as well as a more consistant CRM administration experience.   (Who + value): Admins - More consistant and expected behavior of the CRM saves time and reduces context switching which makes Admins more efficient. Marketing - Ensures consistant branding, prevents accidental unsubscribes where a prospect clicks "fewer emails from me" and ends up unenrolling from all marketing as well as sales emails. Customers/Prospects - better experience interacting with Sales Reps by making it easier to unsubscribe from their emails specifically without needing to go to a new page. Product deficencies to address: Unsubscribe link present in emails doesn't use any of the pages defined in https://app.hubspot.com/settings/{hub_id}/marketing/email/subscriptions Alternatively, it isn't possible to create a sales-specific subscription page Cannot create a link that would specifically unsubscribe from sales emails and prevent customers/prospects from needing to open a new page to manage their preferences ...read more

It would be wonderful & time saving if the Sales template emails had a section to add a CTA.    Right now, I have to go to Marketing > Lead Capture > CTAs > create a CTA.  Then I have to take a screen shot after it's made & upload it to my images.  Then, I can finally go to my Sales template, insert the image, & add a link.     HS has nearly everything else, why doesn't it have this?  A good chunk of my emails are made in these templates & this would save time & make procedures more efficient. ...read more

I would like to see an enhancement that enable being able to capture inbound emails in HubSpot with an "Add Email" button, similar to what Salesforce already has in place for MS Outlook desktop and Office 360. The current Hubspot method to capture email contents is lacking, as we need to reply to the sender (with the bcc email address includes) or forward to the Hubpsot forward address, which is not the best option. We already have two Hubspot ribbon items, one of which seems to have no purpose, so why not have a simple button that allows us to add an email to a contact & company record with the simple click of a ribbon button? ...read more

Often the most important information we want to provide our customers resides in nicely formatted beautiful tables (we usually copy from Excel and paste into Gmail). Unfortunately, Hubspot email templates and snippets do now allow tables.
