Seria bom se o Hubspot tivesse um campo para configurar se podemos ou não mandar e-mail daquela entidade, em especial os envios pelo negócio. Na Minha empresa todos e-mails recebidos geram um um tiquet, mesmo aqueles dentro do negócio, como temos equipes diferentes para tratar tiquets e negócios, eu tenho um e-mail de um cliente sendo tratado por duas frentes (negócio e tiquet) e muitas vezes acabamos passando mensagens desencontradas ao cliente. Se podessemos limitar para os e-mails serem enviados apenas do tiquet isso se resolveria.

We sell to huge companies which usually train their workers not to click on links from unknown e-mails. When hubspot tracks the e-mail it changes our links from vimeo or youtube to sideclick. The first ones are known and trusted the second one is not. This is harming the view of our success cases.

We are using the BCC feature in hubspot but recently realized that we cannot see who we've BCC'd in an email. The value of this is that when we email something to a customer sometimes we need to include multiple departments in the email which the customer doesn't need to know about. Example would be when we send a shipment we would include the sales agent, their manager, our accounts payable, the agent involved and sometimes our operations team if there are shipping related tasks they need to do. What happens if we just CC them is that the customer will "reply all" and then a bunch of people are getting emails they don't need to be getting. We had something come up today where an agent who was BCC'd called in saying they didn't get the email. We had no way to confirm that she had been sent the information however when I searched it in gmail I was able to confirm that she was included.

Seria bom ter uma função de sempre que um cliente responder um e-mail para a conta geral, o agente que está tratando o caso também receba esse e-mail.A ideia é que realmente tenha duas caixas, e o e-mail oficial continue indo para a conta geral, mas uma cópia seja enviada para o agente sem que eu exige que o cliente responda a todos.

This feature is for all companies that receive any private documents from clients that should not be saved in the CRM system and only be handled by specific teams or not saved at all. Example: if a client provides a copy of their passport or medical records (or any other information classified as personal or sensitive under GDPR) to the email. This is then automatically stored in HubSpot and needs to be manually be deleted. Currently, to more easily find these documents, companies can use the filter on the contact level “Attached file ID’s is known”. However, this catches all contacts with any type of file attached. There can be two ways to make compliance in this regard easier. 1. Better filtering in regard to attached documents. Being able to filter more granular on where the file is. E.g. it is a file which is attached to an email and is an incoming email. Or it is a file that has not been saved in HubSpot by a HubSpot user. 2. Prevention. As soon as there is an incoming email with a document, HubSpot requests to log this email instead of logging it automatically.

Customer E-Mails first go to our Webmail Account. The address is connected to our Hubspot CRM. All mails are therefore going to Hubspot, where some of those mails are filtered and end up in Hubspot Spam (which is good). Also the webmail provider filteres E-Mails which are then not forwarded to Hubspot CRM (which is also good). Now, it can happen a mail in webmail Spam is actually "no spam". After marking the mail as "no spam" it moves to the webmail inbox. However, it does not go to Hubspot CRM. I am voting for establishing a sync that forwards also older mails that not yet have been forwarded to Hubspot CRM in the moment they are new in the webmail inbox.

At the moment, we can only email to the first contact that's associated on the company record. It'll be great if we can (1) identify primary and secondary contacts on the company record (2) When emailing from the record, it gives us the option to email the primary contact while cc-ing the rest of them. Hi, I have turned off email tracking in the settings for the entire account. I use the Hubspot Gmail extension. However, I regularly use bcc to send the emails to Hubspot for logging. Now, however, each logged email displays the following notice in a blue box: "No tracking data is available for this email. xxx has logged this email but has not tracked it. Learn more." Can this notice be blanket hidden? Due to internal regulations, email tracking is not compliant with our data process agreement as our internal departments might see a collision with GDPR here. However, when I turned off email tracking for each email individually, the above mentioned blue box appeared in Hubspot on top of every logged email. I thought when disabeling email tracking for the whole account, it might disappear; but it doesn't. Is that something you could disable in future (at least when tracking is turned off for the whole account)?

We are building our articles for our knowledge base, and also use the email feature to send out our new release notes each week. I would like to make a new article for a selected release email, and not have to copy the info to a new article, thus avoiding duplication of text, work, etc. I want to know if there is a way to link to the article in the email (it looks lthe same as how I write the articles for the KB..)and not have to copy it - avoid duplications and also means if it gets updated in the email, it we do not have to maintain two copies. n the email section...I can see the article that goes out via email - the url has "email" in whereas the KB articles have "knowledge" in the url, e.g hubspot.com/knowledge , so stored separately I am guessing... We would still write the release notes in the email section so when they get published, I want to be able to have a KB article that can pull over that text, or link to it...so would not necessarily need to edit it so much later...I don;t think, just dont want to duplicate the text in two locations, if possible So for emails, the email section would be the primary are to write in..then send that out to customers, and then be able to make it available in the Knowledgebase so they can look it up again if they want..so would be very helpful for our users. and allow is to male those emails readily accessible for all our users and not just the ones on the email list...) I need to be able to do this for selected emails, as there are some that are release notes and others that are customer specific, so they are private and we would not want to show such emails on the KB For us, we would not need to edit it in two places. For an email, it's ok to edit it in the email section. But to be able to display it in two sections, without cloning it...and be able to select specific emails to display as KB articles. So we'd also need to be able to attach the correct category for the KB, so users can easily find them. At the moment, we have to copy the email and create a new KB article, so that the info is more widely available to users who may not be on the email list. Also easy for tem to find later on..
