I want to make sure I'm not inventing a wheel that has already been made. Additionally I did a little looking into if this was an "idea" already posted here, or if the tool that I am suggesting in fact already exists. Since I haven't found anything, here is the idea: Imagine for a moment that you are in the process of emailing a customer, either from their contact/company/deal. You realize that this particular structure to your email isn't already a template, and that it would be so easy to use this again in the future. The problem, is that there is no: "SAVE THIS AS A TEMPLATE" option. (at least I couldn't find it) In summary, could we have a "create a template" button right from an email that we have just written to a customer, instead of having to go the route of copy and pasting the entire email structure and manually adding the email as a template separately? I know that at the end of the day, that route isn't terribly inconvenient, however it would eliminate and extra step or two, and then would save lots of time in the long run. Thanks!
