As a company I would like to send all sales and customer support emails going out from within Hubspot to a shared inbox outside of Hubspot. For this it would be great to have the option to set a BCC address on an admin level to make it easy to achieve this. (Individual account level would also work, but on admin level would be better).   The main reason for this requirement is basically for complience and revision. (Plus: it's easier to search for an secific email within a mail client when there are further filter options).   For the sales extension (i.e. for Outlook) and for marketing emails there is already such an option, but for sales emails and customer service emails sent directly from within Hubspot the option is missing. ...read more

When we write an e-mail to a customer we should be able to resend that same e-mail like we can forward it or respond to a customer e-mail. Now we have to copy and paste to send again that e-mail. Hello I contacted support and they said right now there is not a native way to send an automated email reply to let clients know we are closed (in this case its for the Thanksgiving Holiday). They suggested it is configured through our email server. We have just moved over to HubSpot Services from Freshdesk who had this feature and it was very easy to turn on and schedule......I did not imagine this feature isn't available in HubSpot.  Would like product development to add this. When looking at marketing email performance, it would be great to have a feature that differentiates which of the email opens are recorded as a result of an automatic email reply, such as an OOO email. As there is no way to avoid automatic replies counting towards our open rate, it would be helpful to have a way to understand what our "true" or manual email open rate is. ...read more

Hi,   Many of our customers send the same type of e-mails each week. Instead of creating a new one, they choose "reply all" in e.g. outlook, remove the info from last week, add new info and change the subject and send it instead of creating a new mail. When we receive the e-mail, it is connected to the old conversation since the ID of the thread is the same. It would be great if you could have the option to choose that only e-mails with the same subject were connected. ...read more

Bonjour, Je viens de demander au support technique s'il était possible de supprimer les emails de chez mon fournisseur (en l'occurrence pour moi outlook) une fois qu'ils ont été téléchargés sur HubSpot.   En effet, le support technique m'a dit que nous devions les supprimer de HubSpot et ensuite aller sur Outlook pour les supprimer, ce qui au lieu de nous faire gagner du temps, nous oblige à faire une double manipulation.   Cordialement ...read more
