I just started using Hubspot. I use gmail which is connected to my Hubspot account. I would like to MASS "Log email to HubSpot" from all emails in Gmail to correcsponding leads/contacts in Hubspot. Is there a way to do this for all at once rather than one email at a time? ...read more

I am hoping that HubSpot can create a header for creating personalized email signatures.  Currently, a company logo can only be placed at the bottom where we create our personalized signatures.  Ideally, we should have our comany brand logo at the top of every email message body, then the signature placed below email message body.  Every company branded logo should be the very first thing leads see when we send them emails from HubSpot.     Best,   Mark Hannawa ...read more

It would be great to have a feature where a ticket property has an assigned business unit that automatically assigns a "from" email address to the respective business unit. It seems like there might be a misunderstanding or a limitation in the email system you are using. If you're selecting multiple recipients for an email and using a template with placeholders, the placeholders should ideally be dynamic and filled in based on the information associated with each recipient. If the system is replacing placeholders with the information from only the first email ID, it could be a potential issue or limitation that needs to be addressed by the platform's support team or developers. ...read more

HubSpot needs at add Aptos as a default font for emailing!!!   I can imagine I'm not the only person who uses Outlook as their main mailing platform, with Aptos font, who will be finding it extremely frustrating that when you send an email HubSpot that it is a different font to when you send an email through Outlook.   It's crucial that emails are sent with idential fonts from either Outlook and Hubspot, otherwise, this looks extremely unprofessional to customers.    We have recently joined HUbSpot and now feel isolated that we aren't using the emailing function on your platform even though it is a main feature!   What makes things even stranger is that HubSPot's standard font on templates is APTOS! So why can't I set it as an email default font!?!   Please can you resolve this so we can use the full functionality of HubSpot emailing seemingly with Outlook.  ...read more

It's as if HubSpot forgot to put the NEXT button under Emails, Deals, and so many other parts of HubSpot. The Email UI blows; for example, if I close an email, why am I still seeing the email take me to the next email? Instead, we have to navigate to the other side of the screen to go to the next email!   I doubt this request will ever see the site of the day, considering that HubSpot could care less that they are violating the FTC rule about spamming people with emails, as we can't unsubscribe from support emails!   While we are at it, I think I can speak for everyone. As a company I would like to send all sales and customer support emails going out from within Hubspot to a shared inbox outside of Hubspot. For this it would be great to have the option to set a BCC address on an admin level to make it easy to achieve this. (Individual account level would also work, but on admin level would be better).   The main reason for this requirement is basically for complience and revision. (Plus: it's easier to search for an secific email within a mail client when there are further filter options).   For the sales extension (i.e. for Outlook) and for marketing emails there is already such an option, but for sales emails and customer service emails sent directly from within Hubspot the option is missing. ...read more
