Notes, including pinned notes, are not included in the "Overview" page of a contact/company.   A pinned note is by definition important. Having it tucked away in a tab (Activities) is causing issues.   Would prefer to disable "Overview" tab entirely until this can be addressed.  ...read more

Different companies have their deals set to a specific currency aside from USD but the Total Revenue property always converts to USD. This property would be extremely useful to our company if the Total Revenue was the sum of the deals in the currency they are in, ex. if all of a company's deals are in EUR, the Total Revenue would be in EUR. Note: Hubspot has a field(properties) named Salesforce Account Id which is read only, and it is updated automatically with salesforce record id when hubspot companies synced with salesforce account. Scenario : We have multiple existing account records in hubspot and same records we have uploaded in salesforce. Now we want to sync same records and as well as new account records from salesforce to hubspot(one way sync). Issue : when we sync salesforce account to hubspot it will create duplicate records for those accounts which are already exist in hubspot and same records are sync from salesforce, because the record created in hubspot don't have value in salesforce Account Id field, while syncing if hubspot found null value in salesforce Account Id it will create new account records whereas it should update existing records. Problem: At the moment, Insights does not work for every field properly. Currently there isn't a way to merge companies together that have child accounts.  You need to remove the child accounts before you merge companies together and then re-add those child accounts to the new merged company.  If the dev team can work on something that would allow mergers to happen even wtih child accounts that would be awesome. ...read more

Within our database, we have a lot of duplicate companies because companies have multiple URL variations (i.e. www.brand.co.uk / www.brand.com /www.sub.brand.com, etc)    When we're merging these company accounts, we're losing visibility of all the different URLs as it's just keeping the most recent one.    Please can you amend the process to keep a fields records when merging, and not delete anything? Perhaps set up a review process which asks what you want to do with company data in fields that are both (keep, replace, keep both).  ...read more

We wan't to use other properties when we are importing companies and contacts into HubSpot, besides the predefined properties used. (Companies = domain name; Contacts = email).    For instance, it would be easy to just match companies based on company name.    One thing, that we find would be highly valuable is to use unique company identifiers to match for duplication.    We use the unique company identifiers that are used in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. So we know each company has a unique identifier, which would make duplicates redundant.   we have made our own property with this unique identifier in HubSpot, so it would be an easy way too important companies.    Please upgrade the import function. ...read more
