Currently, on mobile devices, the background rounded rectangle that contains usernames, solutions, replies, etc., is not optimally sized. Some elements, especially usernames, tend to overflow or appear cramped. To improve readability and UI consistency, I suggest either: Increasing the size of the rounded rectangle to accommodate all content properly. Optimizing the content within the rectangle by reducing the font size of usernames or adjusting spacing to ensure a better fit. This adjustment would enhance the user experience by making interactions more seamless and visually balanced on mobile screens. Would love to hear feedback on this! This is a request for the Hubspot Community, rather than for Hubspot.   It would be helpful to sort Hubspot Ideas by the number of upvotes received. The reason I ask for this feature is that when looking for a much-requested feature (e.g. the ability to CC contacts in an email) I currently have to trawl through many duplicate requests - some of them with very few upvotes, and others with requests in the hundreds or thousands.   It would make sense to upvote the one that has received the highest amount of upvotes, so that my upvote counts towards the request that is getting the most traction and it doesn't get diluted in one of the smaller requests. ...read more

Customers who know the product could be involved more by adding a chance for them to browse existing feature requests, upvote them and comment them just like in this Ideas blog. Making it available as a community tool would be great, e.g. as a template for pages allowing to link feature requests with user contact and company contact. Other idea would be to just add it as a whole new service hub feature or even an individual "feature hub". The value should be obvious: You hubspot guys could add it as a paid feature, while clients could improve their customer involvement and help to narrow product and service development. I am concerned that when ideas are posted multiple times, the upvotes across all of the simular ideas are diluted and thus potentially ignored or overlooked by HS as not being popular enough. I know, I know -- a valid reponse from HubSpot's perspective might be that people should search old ideas and upvote that, instead of posting a new one. But it's not uncommon to see a new idea posted with some variation of "I know this has been asked for before, but I'm asking it again so HubSpot sees it" -- and the fact that users feel that kind of machination is necessary should tell HS a lot about this shortcoming in the way the Ideas work. I don't know what the fix is -- I will leave that for the UX and dev teams to sort out. But it would be nice if there was a mechanism other than just searching old ideas, or else, if HS does account for this already, it would be nice just to hear from them about how that process works behind the curtain. (If you're not already, you could use your LLM for something like grouping together ideas that are conceptually the same so you'd have a holistic view of ideas. Who Does It Benefit HubSpot, Marketers, Users, and Developers   Value To Be Gained Users would be able to easily submit bug reports as well as view bug reports others have submitted to identify if what they're experiencing is likely actually a bug or not.   Description I feel like there should definitely be a Bug Reports Community category or a #bug-reports Slack channel (or preferably both, like with Ideas). Currently, I've experienced numerous bugs, over the last several months, and I don't really have any outlet to post them to. Currently, I try to find the most relevant channel in Slack and post them there, but it doesn't feel good at all.   I mentioned this to Jon McLaren, and he told me messaging support would be the best solution for bug reports, but it seems really inconvenient to do, and other users can't benefit from it, to help identify their issues as bugs, and view possible solutions whether it's a bug or not (if there's been an issue posted by someone else). Being able to post your bug reports to a dedicated community section would just be better for everyone, I feel: HubSpot would gain more awareness and a measure of the urgency of the bug based on community response Marketers and users would have an outlet to more easily report any issues they're experiencing as well as see if the issue has been experienced by others and possible solutions or bandaid fixes for the issue (and maybe a response in the thread from an official HubSpot staff member that the issue has now been resolved) Developers would be more aware of things that are actually bugs rather than waste hours identifying it as such (which I have done on more than 1 occasion recently, although I probably still would have needed to as they were so niche it is likely no one else would have already reported them) and they could potentially pass that info on to a client. Set unique permission levels on Projects. For the moment, when users have access to the Projects tools, they are able to see all of the projects within the tool.   We need a way to restrict the access levels of users so that they can only access the projects that they own. ...read more

As a developer, having access to both private betas at times, as well as public betas a prod accounts have access to would be vary valuable in staying ahead of changes and allow us to plan, build and ship solutions more effectively. There multiple threads in the developer community that end in the roadlock of betas only being available in prod accounts, often of Enterprise tier. This is fine for enabling in betas in prod accounts, but Developer Test Accounts should be included in the restricted tiers for Beta Access.  We want to build for the future.  ...read more

Hi!   There should be a functionality when creating a form, to enable customers receiving an email receipt after they submit anything through a form.   They should receive a copy of their submission within their email. Similar to how Google Forms functions.    Currently, when our customers use our Hubspot forms, they have no documentation or proof of their initial submission.
