If you're a HubSpot Admin like I am, then you've used HubSpot in association with multiple email accounts.    The HubSpot Community portal really wants to link your activity to your current HubSpot login. It's very difficult to log in using an old login - requiring clearing cookies, incognito windows etc.  It's problematic because people leave jobs, and each new login created means that you: * Lose proof of HubSpot certifications (unless you realized in advance this would be an issue and transferred them to your new account before you lost access to the old one. This isn't always feasible.) * Lose the ability to be notified when one of your ideas is implemented.  * Lose badges you've earned * Lose connections you've made with other community members * And lose your subscriptions, bookmarks etc.   Because growing the Community is a new priority for HubSpot, it would be great to get this sorted sooner rather than later. ... When I'm in the middle of working on a task in HubSpot, I often have ideas for improvements. However, the current process of providing feedback is cumbersome, as it requires navigating to the community section to create a post. This interruption can be disruptive, especially when working on intricate tasks that demand focus. Consequently, I find myself having to decide whether it's worth interrupting my workflow to share feedback, which often leads to missed opportunities for providing valuable input. To address this issue, it would be beneficial to have the ability to share ideas directly within the HubSpot interface. This would make the process quicker and more convenient, encouraging users to provide feedback more frequently. Additionally, HubSpot could suggest upvoting similar ideas to reduce duplications and streamline the feedback process. Our company loves to have community members share their ideas, opinions and questions to some of the topics or blog posts we create! As our community is growing and cannot view all questions, its really helpful for us to see the top-rated or upvoted questions or comments to see what the overall community trend is. It would be nice to have an announcement page, where we could post notices for our entire company to see. We also work with a lot of partner companies, and if they had the ability to also go in and create an announcement when something changes in their company that we should be aware of, I think this would really help us stay more organized and informed when coordinating between multiple people and companies. Currently, information like this is always sent over emails, which can become lost in the overflowing inboxes which plague a lot of people. It is also far less efficient to convey updates via emails. I have posted a few times on HubSpot Community and searched for answers many times. I'm a developer and generally have questions about your CRM API. Every time I've posted a question, where it says "Select Location", I've always put it in "CRM and Sales Hub" as that was the first place that seemed relevant. My understanding of these "Locations" was that they were just different categories in a singular community forum. It was only today that I have come to learn from one of your Support colleagues that HubSpot Community is actually a collection of several different bulletin boards/forums. I think this knowledge will help me tremendously going forward.   I took a look at the Community site in a new light to see how I could have missed that. The first thing I see is that multiple non-familiar words are used to refer to primary concepts.   1. Your site uses the words "Discussion", "Location", and "Board" to refer to the same concept. "Discussions" is used in the primary site navigation. "Location" and "Board" are used when creating a post.  Before today I would have told you that a "discussion" on HubSpot Community was equivalent to a (single) post + its replies.  I've never seen another place that uses "discussion" to mean "board" or "forum" so I find this a very likely potential source of confusion for others.   2. Your site uses the words "converation" and "post" to refer to the same thing. "Conversation" is used on the Community home page (i.e. "Top Community Conversations"), but your site uses "Post" when creating one. Using different words for the same thing is confusing.
