Great minds think alike

As a Sales Business Devoper for a number of sales people, I use Hubspot slightly different from a sales person. There doesn't seem to be a video tutorial aimed directly at Business Development Leads/ Telesales etc.  Instead, from my understanding and from what I have been told by Hubspot I would need to watch all of the tutorials aimed at a Sales person and take what I needed from that. This is not only time consuming, but can be quite confusing because you can't help but mix up what you can do with Hubspot as a sales person and what you can do on Hubspot as a Telesales person. Obviously, you would not need the same permissions as a sales person as you would need to use Hubspot efficiently as a Telesales person.    Please could you consider, adding a tutorial with the heading like "for all other users who are not sales people" as an example. It would also, be really helpful, for us older users or for users who are not very Tech Savvey to have a downloadable Fool Proof User Guide, so that when I am using Hubspot I can take a look in the user guide if I get stuck, instead of trying to find a tutorial relating to the issue I am having.   And lastly, (sorry) it would be great if the tutorials where numbered in the order that was best to Start with as a completely new user and follow on from that, because I kept forgetting what I had already watched and then going into the same tutorial 2-3 times realising I had already watched it then had to go into another one.   Whilst the tutorials are really good and have lots of fab information, for some people they could be a little easier to follow. Has anyone else had bad response times and customer service issues with their account? We have some pricing issues we have been trying to rectify for months and we get little to no response. We have had meetings saying that they will help fix it, then no follow-up emails whatsoever. I reached out multiple times throughout the weeks with no replies. I was not sure if becuase we are a "smaller" account we were getting left by the wayside or if anyone else had this experience as well.  ...read more

Hi guys, we have no doub that Hubspot is keeping busy.   It seems HubSpot really do rely on drawing feedback, ideas, and insights from the community, to give up our time to help Hubspot make product and service improvements to HubSpots platform and better user experience, and set itself apart from some of the other leading CRMS.  Sadly, it does seem a lot of the time that HubSpot's community moderators and product owners are all but silent, in many cases not even acknowledging those who go out of their way to provide really valuable ideas and feedback.    There is so much good feedback and ideas put to HubSpot.     We want to grow together, and keep giving our time to give constructive feedback and ideas, we hope that Hubspot can return the favour to the Hubspot community too! ...read more

I am not loving the new layout.  I can't scan through the Activity section now because it has been collapsed.  And if you expand it, it is way too much.   The Actions used to be displayed across the top and now you have to search for them.  https://www.screencast.com/t/DUennmnYhf   It is just making the navigation and utilization a lot more difficult. ...read more

The titles for ideas chosen by users do not follow any stringent panth. It would be nice if the actual idea was to put into the title by any rep of Hubspot. Who: Community Goal: Better overview Value: Increased participation Example: This post   Delete any brackets like "Feature Request" or "idea", which actually is a repeated title of the thread itself and hence senseless Look for titles like "we really need this and that" too long titles too short titles Make a pre-written suggestion for titles "guidelines for postings" Usecase: We cannot actually go through thousands of articles in order to find the two among'em actually seeking a "feature request" tool for our clients within Hubspot ...read more
