Hi all,   The idea: To be able to bulk upload/import UTM tracking URLs (and potentially have a template sheet, like with contact/company imports)   Who for: This is for those who work in big portals, using URLs across many sources/mediums and making use of many keywords/ads/content in order to track where contacts are coming from better/easier.   Value: To make creating many URLs faster and easier, rather than creating a URL one at a time.   I just had a chat with the HubSpot support team and they specifically said that in order for HubSpot to track where a contact has come from - the URL has to exist the URL Tracking Builder tool. Doing this one at a time seems very laborious when working in several portals who work with global teams and across many different online channels.   Please can you create a bulk-upload option for URL tracking?   Thanks, Maret ...read more

Hi team,   HubSpot campaigns don't get synced with SFDC campaigns. This would be a great feature to have in HubSpot. Most of my clients use SFDC as their sales tool and they really miss this feature of knowing which campaigns are yielding the most MQLs.   Thanks, Gaurav ...read more

The ability to create workflow templates that allow us to quickly assign the information that changes per workflow ------- Use Case: Say you have a workflow that sends an email then performs the same 3-5 things in sequence. This sequence gets added to every single time you send an email. Now we can currently clone workflows. But depending on the complexity of the workflow that can potentially lead to errors, if you don't change everything properly. Now before the most recent update, I was allowed to save workflows with missing information. This allowed me to save a Templated email that cannot launch untill all the errors have been dealt with.  I would essentially like the same process that I created on accident as a feature.  The ability to have a workflow template that when instantiated will walk the user through the things that need to be filled out to for the workflow to operate as desired.   TLDR; I want to make workflow templates so easy a caveman can use it. ...read more

It would be great if smart content could be utilized based on the ad group within Google Ads. It currently only lets you change the content based on the ad campaign. The ad group would give even more granular control which could help improve messaging. ...read more

When you connect FB ad account to Hubspot you are not able to apply specific FB campaign/ad to Hubspot campaign. Please add an option to connect an Ad to HubSpot campaign, just like it is with all the other assets (forms, CTAs, LP, SM posts...)   If you don't have an option to tag Ad as an asset to HubSpot campaign you don't have a full picture of a campaign, because you're not able to measure the effectiveness of all the sources. ...read more

There are folders to organize lists, but no folders to organize campaigns. I am just getting started with hubspot, but already see this as becoming a problem once we have hundreds of campaigns running side-by-side. Also, with multiple users, this would help team members navigate and understand the campaign hierarchy.   Also we want to group campaigns per business units, so this would be greatly helping.   Hubspot team, this is the kind of simple  things that add instant value to the usability of the platform, please consider it 😉     ...read more

I would like to see a way to associate sales activity (like a logged call/email/meeting) with a marketing campaign. It would be ideal if there was a drop-down with all the marketing campaigns in the sales activity boxes (log call), the same way you can add a campaign for any marketing activity.  We have someone on our team who is dedicated to outbound sales/marketing and this association would be helpful for our reporting and tracking as he contributes to many of our marketing campaigns with "sales activities" like calling and one-to-one emails.  ...read more

Hi HubSpot,   https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/email/get_campaign_data for single campaign in single requset it works good.   My client have 1500 campaigns, So it means that I will need 1500 requests to get campain data for all of them!!
