The new custom behavioral event as a Workflow trigger is amazing and has lots of new features which are amazing to explore.  Because of this feature i was trying to create a Workflow for a custom property which would be used to report on the average number of calls which has to be made in order to "XX" (for me it is to schedule a meeting, we got a call outcome then where it states "meeting scheduled") For my specific case it is kind of difficult to report on the average number of calls bc: I only want specific call outcomes + only specific SR -> to add a counter to the custom property -> If Customer Support/ CSM calls this contact then it would ruin the counter Therefore the "and" filter funcion would be amazing to add so that multiple parameters can be selected to have an even better workflow experience! ...read more

Hey y'all --   My team recently ran into an interesting issue. After Hubspot Support couldn't solve it, they suggested I post it here.   Essentially, we have tried as many Permissions settings as possible, yet every Hubspot user on our Portal is capable of seeing every call on the Contacts > Calls index page -- no matter what team or user the call originated from.   This, as you might suspect, causes issues where manager-level calls (and their recordings/transcriptions!) can be seen by any sales rep in the portal. With multiple departments' calls all appearing there, too, it can cause a headache. If our CEO has a call with an important partner, we can't stop our new hires from listening in--not great.   This feels like a baseline privacy/security issue that should be resolved ASAP. Some countries such as the U.S. have both One-Party and Two-Party Consent states. In One-Party Consent states such as Texas, only one party is required to consent to call recording.    However, the inbound call recording prompt is played for all inbound calls, regardless of their origin.   As the inbound calling tool does reflect the caller ID, it should be possible to determine where the caller is from based on the area code and decide whether to play the call recording prompt.   Since we have the ability to honour this for outbound calling, it should be considered for inbound calling as well. ...read more

I was looking for an option to use hubspot for calling contacts that are not in the CRM. but looks like that is not available. many times outbound sales/sdr teams reach out contacts they stumble upon where each time they would need to create a record to do the calls -  this workaround is tedious and time consuming. would be happy to subscribe to this feature if it comes up. ...read more
