I'd like to provide a way calling minutes should be counted for users integrating with their own calling plans within the HubSpot platform. This feature is primarily for subscribed users who have outside phone plans (such as RingCentral) alongside their HubSpot subscriptions. The goal is to utilize the calling minutes allocated by their external carriers without constraints of HubSpot's predefined caps. This would provide a seamless experience for those who wish to leverage their existing phone service for client interactions. By implementing this feature you would be making their HubSpot experience more flexible and accommodating. This change will heighten user satisfaction, improve customer relationships.
