With the recent addition of customer leaving voicemails to HubSpot phone numbers, having a feature to allow users to create their own voicemail would be great. Right now, when we use HubSpot Numbers we don't have the option to create our own voicemail. When customers call in, they will hear the generic voicemail which might dissuade them from calling or leaving a message. If we could have our own personalized voicemail for HubSpot numbers that would fix that 🙂

Right now, it doesn't seem like you can record meetings held in teams on Hubspot. Is this on the roadmap? Without this feature we will always have to buy a middle software to view/listen meeting recordings.

When a Hubspot user places an outbound call from Hubspot, it opens the call pane with the option to take notes, record, etc. Then separately, if a playbook is activated, a separate pane opens up and offers the ability to log a call. As a result, if one wants to not just use the playbook but also dial from Hubspot, they end up with two call records: one with the recording, transcription, etc, and then the other one with the playbook answers. Can this be better integrated so there's only one call record with everything?

Without naming any names, your customer service is better than any VOIP provider I've ever dealt with. The integrations they build for HubSpot are clunky, and I wish everyone the best of luck getting help from them to troubleshoot problems with their integrations. We're logging the calls in HubSpot anyway. We're using these other services out of necessity. If HubSpot offered IVR and auto-receptionist support, there would be no need to use these other service providers for calling.

Attach a name to the caller ID so it displays a name when calling. In today's world with sooo many spam calls I feel like when calling consumers I am being blocked as they don't know who it is that is calling. This should be a key feature.

Hello, Would it be possible to add the possibility to create routings on Inbound calls ? In our company, when a client calls us, the call is redirected to a group of agents called "1st Line". If the 1st line does not answer (or is not available), then the call is redirected to another group called "2nd Line". For the moment, this kind of routing is not possible in Hubspot but would be very useful.

Hi @All! We would wish for a shared phone number for the included hubspot numbers. We are a computer company and have several main phone numbers for sales, support and so on. It would be very nice to have the option to set a phone number for i.e. the suppor team. So it rings in every hubspot browsers and who ever takes the call first will be the one doing the ticket. right now we do not have the option to lead calls to a specific number to all support agents at once... thats why we cant use the ingoing call feature. Thank you!

Currently call recording is an account-wide setting. When enabled, all calls to area codes associated with one-party-consent states in the US are recorded automatically. There should be an account-wide and/or user-specific setting to disable automatic call recording, but still allow calls to be recorded manually by clicking the record button.

It would be nice to have a color coded labels which can be attached to contacts/deals. This especially helps in knowing the status of a contact in list view without even clicking on the contact To save time in sales, it is great to have an easy reference as to what sort of customer or prospect we're speaking to. We can categorize our contacts as needed for our company, and know immediately how to approach them based on that information Pipedrive has this it's fantastic.
