We currently have custom properties for contacts, deals, companies and tickets. We need custom properties for activities too, which means custom properties for task, meetings, calls, etc.   Examples:  - Calls: Aircall has to "print" text into the description for the call output - Meetings: we want to confirm them 2 times. We can record in a structured way whether the meeting has been confirmed. - Tasks: we'd like to have importance and urgency as inputs to define priority. We currently can't.   It's going to all allow finer management of tasks, calls, meetings, basically all activity types which a pre-requisite for activity-based workflows: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Activity-based-Workflows/idi-p/204852   As different activity types (calls vs meetings vs tasks) require different information, Hubspot should allow Admins to select which customer property applies to which activity type. ...read more

It would be very helpful if the property "Call and meeting types" is stored as a mandatory field so that the field cannot be forgotten when logging. Hi everyone,   we are using HubSpot as our CRM System and integrated Aircall as our cloud-based calling feature. When using HubSpot in the browser you can decide wether you want to start a call to a HubSpot contact via Aircall or not. In the HubSpot app you can't decide and the call is automatically hostet from your "private" mobile number. We necessarily must avoid that cause to not get the private numbers to the customer. Hello,   Would it be possible to add the possibility to create routings on Inbound calls ?   In our company, when a client calls us, the call is redirected to a group of agents called "1st Line". If the 1st line does not answer (or is not available), then the call is redirected to another group called "2nd Line".   For the moment, this kind of routing is not possible in Hubspot but would be very useful. ...read more

Hi team! Posting on behalf of a customer here: Would be immensely helpful if HubSpot would support an availability feature that's specific to calls. Much like the omni supervisor of SalesForce or even chat availability within HubSpot, would be great to have a dashboard to check if users are available for calls + route calls according to the next available agent.  Today call outcome and call type are optional fields for someone who is logging an activity. I need to make them mandatory so that a rep cannot log an activity without populating those 2 fields. How do I do it? ...read more
