It would be handy to re-enable the ability to tag Contact Owners in call log notes. Otherwise, you have to enter your call notes -- which you had better do accurately before you hit the "save" button, because you cannot edit your note after it's saved ... see my idea post about that here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Mobile-Application/Edit-Call-Notes-on-Mobile-App/td-p/473918 -- and after you've saved the call log, you have to add a separate note referring back to the log you just saved in order to tag the Contact Owner and alert them to your note.   Adding a note for the sole purpose of tagging another user to refer to separate note on the same record that you just made is STUPID and a WASTE OF TIME.    Also, as I mentioned in my other notes post (link above), I know that this functionality existed at some point in the recent past, because I've been able to do it before on mobile. What makes this even more frustrating is that you can tag Contact Owners on call notes on desktop.    I realize the mobile app has to be paired down functionality-wise from what is available on desktop, but this is such a no-brainer feature. Hi team Hubspot,  When logging calls, it would be really great if we could type any time into the call log (instead of 30-minute increments).  The current setup can cause timeline issues when reviewing previous calls.  For example:  I make an outbound at 10:35am via HubSpot - the call logs correctly, and then:  I receive an inbound call at 10:40am, therefore it's not automatically logged in Hubspot. When I go to log the call afterwards, I can either select exact "live" time (i.e. after the call has concluded), or I can select 10:30am or 11:00am, which is inaccurate.    Could this be changed to allow a call to be logged at a specific minute? In applications like Zoom you have the possibility to pop open an external url when receiving an inbound call using url. There is the possibility to define url parameters to allow an external system to find a specific record. If a contact could be looked up using the phone number as a url parameter the right contact record could be popped open to allow for easy note taking and call registration.  ...read more

On a contact's profile under the call tab you used to be able to look at call history and see the number that someone called along with the date/time and call notes. Now the number isn't there and it makes it hard to find out what the best line is for someone.    This is something you guys got rid of and I'm not sure why, if you could bring it back it'd be greatly appreciated! It looks like there was a recent update pushed through that affects how call logs (among other things) are reported now.  Since this update, my team and I are no longer able to see which phone number (home, mobile or work) was dialed.  This is important for me as sometimes a home or work number are no longer in service, or a mobile number may have been dependent on an employer and that could change with the change of who the employer is.   If we continue to track the phone number dialed in the call log, I can then use that to determine what information is now incorrect and make corrections to it. ...read more

Recently an update was made to the call recording feature, where one line is recorded on one audio channel and the other line is recorded on the other. It would be nice to be able to disable this feature as sometimes the voices coming from different headphones can be distracting and make it hard to listen to the call. ...read more

So I use the Hubspot app when calling my tasks (I like it better than calling my phone from browser) and wish I could disable the calling window which pops-up automatically (guess I could set the task to "to-do" but then it wouldn't be convenient on the app, hope you get the point).
