It is weird that after ending the calls ,I made my notes in call out come section , but later on it became hard for me to search those notes. I had to go to each individuals timeline to get the updated notes. Additionally I was not able to add those notes in my reporting easily, because this section doesn't come up in reporting as well. So my suggestion is to add a searchable call outcome section with updated notes and also visible in reporting sheet. Thanks.

I'd like suggest that Hubspot let users under one account pool their calling minutes. In our case I have one user who goes through all of his minutes and then has to manually dial, meanwhile the other users I pay for don't even use theirs.

Currently, when an incoming call is received and the intended recipient is unavailable, the call goes to voicemail. While voicemail is essential, there are situations where a more immediate response is crucial to providing exceptional customer service. To address this, I propose the addition of a round robin forwarding feature to the Inbound Calling system. The round robin forwarding mechanism would allow incoming calls to be automatically redirected to another available user within our HubSpot account. This feature would be especially valuable in scenarios where the initial recipient is in a meeting, unavailable, or busy with other tasks. Rather than sending the call to voicemail, it would be great to have the option to redirect it to the next available user in a predetermined order. Benefits: Improved Responsiveness, No missed opportunities, Efficient call handling, enhanced collaboration, and customization. Thank you for considering this suggestion!

Being able to call multiple contacts would be helpful so sales rep can train a new hire and have them sit in on calls.

Currently it's not possible to assign an outbound number to the team. This means that for general support numbers we have to verify each individual account.

Once a call is initiated - you can then change the audio output. We need to change the audio output before initiating a call. Specifically, I would like to be able to choose my audio options on the attached screen that is available from the call button -> "open call options" on a given contact. This way inbound calls can ring on my main speakers - but for calls I initiate the audio can be in my headset.

A lot of companies (like us) already have a VOIP calling system and it doesn't make sense to buy more calling minutes from Sidekick or HubSpot. Give us what we want by offering calling integration with Ring Central and others!

We have a call team (2-4 people) which use HubSpot to manage their leads ect. They all have Sales seats so they can make calls and emails straight through HubSpot. We are looking for find a way to track and log all time spent on calls, emails, meetings ect BUT we want to be able to show any holiday/absences in their log so we can report on the productivity correctly based on the time they are in work. It would be great to have a schedulling tool within HubSpot for us to manage this and show it in reports.

No one likes to start a live chat and then have no agents available. Unfortunately, many companies that use HubSpot aren't large enough to have dedicated phone agents and separate chat agents. As anyone who has tried it can tell you, it's exceptionally difficult to continue a live chat conversation when you're on the phone with another customer. We use AirCall, integrated with HubSpot, but this could apply to HubSpot calling also. If a user is on a call, it would be great if their chat status could be set to away, and then automatically be set back to available when the call is finished. Additionally, if a user is on a live chat, it would be great if their phone status could be set to unavailable until the chat is complete.

Calling from HubSpot I need to change device every time Both I and one of my colleagues use bluetooth headsets to call from HubSpot in Chrome for Windows. Although our settings are correct (verified by your support) it chooses the wrong device as microphone and sound device for calls. The two of us also uses different brands of bluetooth headsets with different drivers, but the problem is the same. Also, we use products like Zoom, Teams, Skype, Hangouts and Facebook Messenger on a regular basis, and have no issues there, it simply works with no issues whatsoever. The problem is twofold. One is that it should choose the default device, the other is that when I initiate a call from the spesific customer contact page I have no option to choose device. It is only after I start the call I can do that, and I have to be quick so that it is done before the customer answer the phone. And I have to do this for every single call. 20 or so times a day... Which is very frustrating. As I said I have tested this with lots of other communication suites as well as towards audio only software like Spotify and YouTube. And this works like a charm everywhere except in HubSpot. Also, there is no "settings page" for audio setup in HubSpot, which would be helpful since I hopefully could have chosen default sound and microphone devices for HubSpot as default devices. Hopefully you can help with this, as it is very very frustrating.
