Hello, It would be a real cool feature to add an ability to set a character limit for blog comments. Right now anyone visiting can add comments (unresticted with or without approval) , but it would be best if we can put restiction in terms of charcter than one can add to any blog comment thread. Just pull down any asset currently being served to users. Let's take the CTA one form example. Why are you serving logging utilities redundant if conditions and many other things in a production file to end users and increasing their page size and subsequently every visitors download requirements? Syndication is a very basic feature of any site and yet also quite complex with many subtleties. For the purposes of a marketing site those aren't that relevant .... People typically aren't doing podcast and other custom feeds requiring syndication adjustments. But.... Many people do prefer atom over rss. Even if they don't.... The feed still needs to be configurable for leveraging third party integrations such as Feedly. The sitemap needs to be opened similarly for a plethora of reasons. There are countless posts here wondering how to adjust this and realizing they can't. There are significant seo implications and restrictions imposed by this. You can't adjust your image sitemap, posts, any indexed set, create or reorganize them, etc.... I also don't believe the CMS automatically pings search engines upon new submissions of posts etc which virtually any cms or framework does. Could be done with my last idea of exposing workflows with page events.... But failing this provide something similar to the |render filter but for rendering text based content and replacing it. Unicode ops for emoji modifiers, fixing bad edits marketers make, regexing certain editing forms and remapping them to better semantics - Example: virtually everyone screws up using <em>, <strong> and <i> And many other things. While templating languages aren't built for this.... It's the best hubspots got for devs 🙂 and we can push the envelope of whats possible thanks to the way templating languages work and the caching taking place. ... Mehr anzeigen

Use case:   We have created blog post tags based on segments. For example, a contact fills out a form and tells us that they want marketing information. We want to send them new blog content if there has been new content posted to our blog in the Marketing Tag.    This would allow us to send one email RSS fees, but the post displayed would only show content that the contact cares about. One of our main blogs changed URL as the result of a migration.   As a result all of the external, 'Inbound Links' that other people had used to a previous version of the website can no longer be seen in the 'Optimization' tab.   It would be useful if there was a setting to add previous locations of the blog so that Inbound Link functionality would pick up the backlinks that are associated with the blog, but just point to the old location.   Currently, I'm told this is not possible, so I'm reliant on a third party backlink checker. ...
