So on Dec 19th, test accounts had limits put onto them which limits them to 25 webpages and 1 blog.   A test account is meant to be a place to test various templates and functionalities, so this limitation puts a massive restraint on my development work.   For example, I'm currently building a site for a client who is going to have 2 blogs, each slightly different from each other, so they have to be separate templates. I can no longer test them next to each other, but rather I will have to create yet another dev account in order to just preview the 2nd blog.   People have suggested using sandbox accounts, but of course, sandbox accounts are: 1. Limited to enterprise accounts 2. Binded to 1 specific account, so I can't really use client A's account to do client B's dev work ...read more

Right now it looks like you have to archive and unpublish blog posts but not an entire blog. The only option is to delete which means you cannot circle back to the content if needed or re-publish the blog as a whole.  ...read more

The issue: The blogging tool currently lists all posts alphabetically by the "name and URL" column. As a user, the most common action when coming to the blogging tool is to work on to edit and publish a draft. With the current tool behavior, the user needs to sort the default column everytime they navigate to the blogging tool (very inefficient, inconvenient, and annoying!!!).    The suggestion: Keep the default to "All posts" but show posts by "publish date" or allow the user to save this option as their default view. Due to german data protection laws it's necessary to embed youtube videos in a correct way (or to just get rid of the YT embed).  Therefore it would be helpful to get a list of blog articles with an embedded video.   I would like to expand this initial thought to have the ability to search for content in blog articles in general.   Another possible use case: Your product or feature name changed. One feature I would love to see from Hubspot is to allow folks to manually rank (or choose the order of) our blog posts.   Before getting into marketing, I worked in local news for several years on the digital side. One major part of our job was determining how to rank the stories based on urgency, the interest of the audience, and recency.    As a blog writer for my company, I believe this has value as well, as some posts are more important than others. Some older posts may go well with a campaign or be more helpful to our leads.    The way my old company would have it set, which I liked, was that you had the list of published stories on the right while the landing page was on the left. You would basically drag the stories from the right to the left to the desired rank.   Any spot left open would be filled by the most recent story, meaning that you don't have to rank each individual story. For example, you could have your top story and couple others in the 1-3 spot and the rest blank, which would be taken up by the most recently updated stories.   Overall, I think this would give people like myself greater control of how the blog is presented to our audience and give us flexibility to make changes as we feel are needed.   Thank you! ...read more

I recently noticed that every time I navigate to the blog page in my Admin panel, the posts are sorted alphabetically by blog title. And every time, I need to resort this list by "most recent".   I think it would be very helpful to change the default sort setting so that we always see the most recent blogs at the top of this list.    What's the point of an alphabetical sort on blogs, when it's really all about timing and recency.   thanks, Cybele ...read more
