Have any Hubspot users created an in-depth social media analysis dashboard that includes the views, clicks, new contacts, YouTube overview, MQLs, SQLs, deals from social, etc?  We are able to do this on two dashboards:  1. Using the social media analytics dashboard 2. Custom dashboard with MQLs, SQLs, etc.    It would be great if anyone has any insight on how we can fit this into one dashboard. Hi there,    As a HubSpot user, I would like to analyse forms and their submission in the custom report builder. This was already possible in beta, but was unfortunately removed again upon release. Unfortunately, @JoeMayall's  solution to this only works to a limited extent for our use case: "The best place to analyze form submissions is in the Form Analytics page (Analytics Tools > Forms)" What we need:   Filter submissions (e.g. by lifecyclestage of the contact) Further data on submissions (e.g. on which website took it place). Further options for graphical representation. Currently there are only Area, Column and Line. Drill down from the report to the individual contact. Similar to almost all existing reports, a table should open when the report is interacted with. At present, the report only links to the form. And most importantly: A report that depends on the exact time of the submission. First and recent conversion are too imprecise for this.   ...read more

Hi there!   At the moment, there isn't any option to exclude employee activity from counting towards forms analytics, marketing email analytics or campaign analytics.   For the general web analytics this can be done by excluding IP addresses, however not for other tools in HubSpot.   Why is this important? There needs to be a way to test conversion paths (click marketing email, submit form on page) without skewing the conversion rates before even launching a campaign. (Deleting contacts after testing doesn't do the trick, they still remain part of the email and form analytics.) Dear product team,   This request is about a feature that allows the download of all data stored about a contact easily – without the help of a developer.   According to article 15 of the GDPR, when requested by a contact, a HubSpot customer "shall provide a copy of the personal data undergoing processing" (see here for reference: https://gdpr-info.eu/art-15-gdpr/). As of now, it's not possible to export this information easily, as HubSpot stores personal data in a variety of places: Contact property values (can be exported, this is the easiest part) Historical contact property values (these would have to be exported one by one for each property, potentially hundreds of exports!) Values and history of all associated objects (see above) Activities and engagements like sales emails, notes, meetings etc (cannot be exported without third-party software or custom developed solution based on API) Interaction with other tools that are not considered engagements (interactions with marketing emails, marketing forms, surveys etc) In other words, the preparation of this export is time-consuming and requires a developer. This should be a native feature in HubSpot.   Ideally, this is not just a feature in the HubSpot app but something that can be offered as a customer-facing tool, too, as requested here: give contacts a link so they can download their data   Thanks in advance! ...read more

Tracking clicks on a landing page is not currently available. This should be a default feature. You can track clicks on an email, but not a landing page? I know we can track CTAs and form submissions, but if there are other clickable events on a landing page, HubSpot should have no problem tracking and reporting on them. Seems like the most obvious thing to include on a page builder. Shocked it's not default. ...read more
