I'd love to see how many emails (marketing emails, one-to-one, sequences), calls, meetings, and contacts they receive/have per day, week, month, quarter, and year. For example: What's the average number of emails per week that active, trial, and cancelled users receive? What is the upper limit, and what % of users approach this? How many calls on average are done per deal stage? How many emails are sent per lifecycle stage? This type of analysis helps us better understand what activity drives outcomes at what stage. It also allows us to see if we are reaching out to contacts too often via email or call, which might negatively affect our relationship. Even adding some basic info on the average number of emails per week when we set weekly email limits will help us understand what this is like. Currently, we have to export all emails, calls, and meetings, then sort by contact ID in Google Sheets and see how many were sent on average per week. It's time-consuming and very manual.
