When making a targeted ad, there should be a more presice geographical selection than just selecting a city. Cities can be large, and industries are often lumped together in the same neigborhood/block. My marketing team would love to have anonymized lead data sent to Google Ads for accurate conversion information via Google's Enhanced Conversions for both web and leads.   Enhanced Conversions work by sending hashed lead details to Google, which then matches that data to its own records . This can be implemented throughout frontend means as at least one user has tried, but more and more users and browsers are preventing tracking scripts and pixels from loading. Similar to Facebook/Meta's Conversions API, incorporating Enhanced Conversions through the Google Ads API will help track conversions more reliably, and help further optimize ad campaigns.   HubSpot already uses the Google Ads API to allow users to manage Google ad campaigns in HubSpot, and HubSpot forms already capture lead information necessary to send to Google for EC data, so it seems like there's existing runway here for implementation. Currently, we cannot track the leads or clients from the carousel on LinkedIn or Facebook even though these contacts are synchronized into HubSpot, we can't say which leads come from the carousel ads. It would be useful if the tracking was available for these kinds of ads as well.  ...read more

We need a bing ads integration ASAP. You have google ads integrated, it would really be helpful to have the same interface with Bing ads so we can monitor traffic and conversions down to the Keyword level on our Bing campaigns.    How long until that integration is up and running, you are integrated with LinkedIn, this doesn't make sense, put some energy towards Bing please.  ...read more

The list of organic social sources is currently different than the list of Paid Social Sources. The most notable example is TikTok, which is currently only available as a source under Organic Social.  This means any paid ads running on TikTok won't show up properly in our traffic source Drilldowns.   Please add TikTok to the list of Paid Social Sources. ...read more

Expand what could be tracked as events in the ads tool. Make at least the Form Submission (with the option to select specific forms) available. Ideally, all other conversion events should be added (meeting requests, chat, offline...). Eventually, every activity or contact property change should be possible to track individually.   The advance feature could be a rule set up (AND, OR) for combining events.   On the same note, increase the possible trackable events to accommodate the increase in options. ...read more
