It would be great to have the ability to attribute a contact to an ad manually. Some of our leads see our ads, then call in to place an order instead of placing it online. Our sales team tracks that the leads came via ads, but because the lead is then created manually in hubspot, they are not included in the Ad reporting. This understates our marketing generated leads. We have the LinkedIn Ads/Hubspot intergration configured, but one area for improvement is to develop a way to have LinkedIn Ads lead gen forms to associate Hubspot campaigns the same way that Hubspot forms associate campaigns.   The only way I’ve found to associate our LinkedIn lead gen campaigns to our Hubspot campaigns is through a workflow (associating the Hubspot campaign to a workflow with the LinkedIn lead gen form as a trigger), however these contacts will only appear as “Influenced Contacts” and have no way of being included in the “New Contacts” category within Campaign Analytics even if they are created via the LinkedIn lead gen form.   We are unable to rely on Hubspot campaign reporting until there is a solution in place. ...read more

When making a targeted ad, there should be a more presice geographical selection than just selecting a city. Cities can be large, and industries are often lumped together in the same neigborhood/block. The best solution would be to, on a map, select an "epi-centre" for the targeted ads, and then select how far the ads should reach out from the selected center.  ...read more

Currently it isn't possible to see all ad campaigns that a contact has been part of. It'd be great if such a feature could be available on the righthand side bar in the contact record.    There are two workarounds, but they are not very effective: Use the "First touch converting campaign" or "Last touch converting campaign" property, and add this to the contact record's left hand sidebar → Limitation is that it only shows the first/last campaign, and not all   Navigate to Campaign Analytics, in the Traffic Analytics tool or use the ads tool → Limitation is that we cannot easily see all campaigns a contact has been part of ...read more

Hi Team! TDLR; allowing users to be proactively notified when an ad account becomes disconnected within the HubSpot Ads tool would greatly improve the admin experience.   With HubSpot's Ads tool, customers come to rely on the unique view of ad performance across key networks, with reporting & attribution unlike what any individual ad network can provide. With marketers relying on HubSpot in this way, it's critical that when an entire ad account becomes disconnected from HubSpot, that the issue is resolved as soon as possible so there's no interference with ad tracking, lead ad syncing, or any other features the marketing team is relying on HubSpot to help power. Insights and ROI take a hit every minute the ad account is disconnected.   Currently the notifications are sent to the user who connected the account, and per this article, are sent to other admins 7-days later. There's also in-app banners if you happen to log-in during the time a disconnect occurs.    Since one of the main reasons the ad account can become disconnected stems from something happening with the user who originally connected the accounts, the notification expeirence could be improved by alerting all Super Admins within the HubSpot account as soon as the disconnect happens. Or people listed as "Technical Contact" or "Primary Contact" within account & billing > company info. Or even all users who have access to the ads tool within the permissions profile. When the ROI of active ad campaigns are on the line, it's important not to wait the 7-days to notify someone else, especially when the disconnect is known to stem from a connected user issue, where alerting that person might be sending a notification into a void (if they changed jobs, for instance).   Help marketers get reconnected fast with better ad account disconnect alerts. I am using your new Payments feature along with a landing page. People click on a button and go to the payments page. I need to be able to put a Facebook Pixel on that payments page. I also need to put a Facebook Pixel on the Payments Thank You page. The tracking you do within HubSpot is not enough. It doesn't allow me to see if someone went to the Payments page but didn't pay. And, it doesn't allow me to confirm that the same number of people who landed on the Payments page actually paid. I am told this is a common feature in Marketo, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign and other similar platforms. Hoping you can add this feature soon. ...read more
