Hi, we have a very complex solution for tracking leads on our website and by phone. HubSpot's tracking / analytics isn't capable of categorizing leads as well as our setup. While this is the case, we still really like the Ads Analyze View inside HubSpot and the exporting of conversion events to Google and Facebook. Unfortunuatly we figured out that although we are changing the original source field of HubSpot to "Paid search" and adding the Google Click ID to the native HubSpot field, those leads are not recognized inside the Ads Analyze View and neither are they being exported to Google/Facebook. HubSpot Support told us this only works if HubSpot knows a ad interaction for this lead before they were created, which is a bit unfortunate in our case. This we would like to have solved by being able to remove this restriction and just show all leads with Paid Search as a source and all those with a GCLID also being exported out. ...read more

Provide the option to see the campaign name (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Linkedin Ads) when clicking on the total contacts shown at the top of the Ads list (Marketing > Ads)   We are unable to know which new contact is created from which specific Ad (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Linkedin Ads) when you download the whole new contact list. With the lack of the function, we can only create multiple contact lists (one list for each Ad), download them separately, and combine them manually offline which requires a lot of work as you can imagine. ...read more

Is it possible to be notified when an ad receives a contact tracking error in Hubspot? Similar to how Meta sends notifications when an ad is rejected. We're losing potential leads when our ads get flagged with tracking errors and no one realizes until 1-2 days later.  ...read more

Only GCLID and enhanced conversions are uploaded with the native HS integration with GAds (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/ads/create-and-sync-ad-conversion-events-with-your-google-ads-account). It does not support GBRAID/WBRAID while more clicks are now only including GBRAID (percentage varies based on amount of in-app placements)   Suggestion: upload the GBRAID in case GCLID is not provided. ...read more

We just learned that one of our HubSpot accounts had a broken LinkedIn integration for a couple of weeks, even though it was working fine when we first set it up.   We are running LI ads and a bunch of new leads NEVER got into HubSpot, rendering them cold. No emails or alerts were ever sent to us about the error. When reaching out to HubSpot support, they confirmed that it was probably due to an error from the LinkedIn side.   How is this possible?    This error has caused us a lot of stress, lost leads, and angry sales people. We 100% relied on this integration to pipe in lead gen leads from LI.   HubSpot support confirmed there is NO WAY to set up alerts such as these.
