Great minds think alike

One of my favorite Hubspot features is the option to fire offline Google ads conversions from the ads module. Right now, you can trigger from lifecycle changes and then (a) "Use the deal amount" or (b) a static custom value as the conversion value.    The problem we (and likely many other B2B businesses) face: For MQL's there is no deal yet. So we have our own predictive model to estimate the value of an MQL which we upload as contact-level property named "Predicted MQL revenue".    My request is that you create a third option for adding conversion value named "Use a hubspot contact property" that allows us to set "Predicted MQL revenue" as the conversion value for our MQL conversion in Google ads.        ...read more

We love using the quote module within Hubspot, but when you create a one-off payment a receipt rather than an invoice gets created. Customers around the world need invoices for tax purposes and not receipts. Meta ads automatically create UTMs with source= Instagram_Stories instagram_feed facebook_mobile_feed instagram_reels facebook_desktop_feed facebook_marketplace instagram_profile_feed ...   And we can't edit them. On the Ad Campaigns page I would like to attribute contacts simply from their UTM parameters.   The reason being is for companies like mine that have a conversion process outside the realm of Hubspot Forms and even the Forms API (for us we built a private app in Hubspot to sync new contacts).   It's complicated and to me there is a simple solution which is just UTM parameter tracking. Like, I can set up a report to track contacts with parameters like [google/cpc] that I would attribute to ads. But I would love to actually see those stats reflected in the little funnel on the Ad Campaigns page. 🙂 ...read more
