We need a bing ads integration ASAP. You have google ads integrated, it would really be helpful to have the same interface with Bing ads so we can monitor traffic and conversions down to the Keyword level on our Bing campaigns.    How long until that integration is up and running, you are integrated with LinkedIn, this doesn't make sense, put some energy towards Bing please.  ...read more

Currently, we cannot track the leads or clients from the carousel on LinkedIn or Facebook even though these contacts are synchronized into HubSpot, we can't say which leads come from the carousel ads. It would be useful if the tracking was available for these kinds of ads as well.  ...read more

When you connect FB ad account to Hubspot you are not able to apply specific FB campaign/ad to Hubspot campaign. Please add an option to connect an Ad to HubSpot campaign, just like it is with all the other assets (forms, CTAs, LP, SM posts...)   If you don't have an option to tag Ad as an asset to HubSpot campaign you don't have a full picture of a campaign, because you're not able to measure the effectiveness of all the sources. ...read more

Hey HubSpot,  Just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on the current lack of functionality to report on Ad Spend in HubSpot Dashboards? Currently, we can report by campaign, on clicks and new contacts but spend is unable to be pulled. Ideally having this by network and campaign would be ideal. My marketing team would love to have anonymized lead data sent to Google Ads for accurate conversion information via Google's Enhanced Conversions for both web and leads.   Enhanced Conversions work by sending hashed lead details to Google, which then matches that data to its own records . This can be implemented throughout frontend means as at least one user has tried, but more and more users and browsers are preventing tracking scripts and pixels from loading. Similar to Facebook/Meta's Conversions API, incorporating Enhanced Conversions through the Google Ads API will help track conversions more reliably, and help further optimize ad campaigns.   HubSpot already uses the Google Ads API to allow users to manage Google ad campaigns in HubSpot, and HubSpot forms already capture lead information necessary to send to Google for EC data, so it seems like there's existing runway here for implementation. It should be possible (based on the data already pulling into HubSpot through the ads portal) to attribute ad sets to HubSpot campaigns. That would enable the campaign reports to not only show the ads that belonged to that campaign (currently you have to manually enter a budget), but also what the actual spend and ROI for those ads is. ...read more

Recently Google Ads unrolled a new feature called, lead form ads. You can now let leads fill in your form directly in Google > by clicking on your ad. This is a beta update, but we allready have it 🙂 (whoopwhoop).   I would like to make sure leads filling out the form are being logged in HubSpot CRM. So sales can contact them. Therefor you can fill in a 'webhook url' and a 'key' in the Google Ads form ad. Unfortunatly you can only create a webhook URL for apps within HubSpot or use an API. And that's not usefull for Google Ads, so you cannot track leads in HubSpot and you have to manually download them from Google and then manually upload them. But you will lose all the information about the Ad the lead clicked on, pageview etcetera.    So, hopefully it will be on the agenda soon, so we can have lead form ads in Google AND all the information and tracking in HubSpot.    Read about the new feature here > https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/9363648?hl=en ...read more
