After attempting to create a report that shows ROI or ROAS from Google Ads (and individual campaigns), I've determined that it is not possible.   The property for ROAS & ROI does not exist, nor is there a way to reference the ad spend data to the closed deal amount data within a single report.   This is a huge shortcoming considering I need to visualize the return of my money being spent, and it simply isn't possible.   When will ROI and ROAS be a possible reporting metric? ...read more

Hi team, for many of our customers, the speed to lead time is extremely important. If leads are sync into HubSpot at a shorter timeframe, our customers would then be able to engage with these leads while they are still "hot" and the product is still top of mind. Currently, I believe the lead sync timeframe is between 1 to 2 hours. If having the leads sync almost immediately is not possible, a timeframe of 30 minutes would be nice. Thank you! ...read more

FOr marketers using dynamic vehicle catalogs on Facebook ads. Generateing leads on unit specific inventory. The contacts we gain from the leads ads will have an actual vehicle sku attached to their lead info, so we know what information to send them in contacting them. I need a way to utilize the vehicle catalogs feeds in Facebook as the media creatives for ads created in HubSpot. I would want to add ROI, Deals and Revenue generated through specific ads to my dashboard.   I can access all this data in the ads specific reporting section but I can't transfer this data to a dashboard.   Currently it is not possible, even not in the BETA, to connect Ads data and deal data sources in the custom report builder. So I cannot add this data through this method... We have found an improvement opportunity in the Ads module and that is to see if it is possible to synchronize only 1 lead form from Facebook/Google/Linkedin Ads to HubSpot since at the moment all the forms of the Ads account are synchronized.   We look forward to having this feature.   Thank you HubSpot team ...read more

I have to do monthly reports on individual ad spending. We run hundreds of ads and it is a pain having to open all of our campaigns and ad sets to get to the ads.   There should be a way to list out all individual ads within the ads tab without having to open up every campaign!    1. This feature is for analysts and marketers. 2. The goal is to have a listed view of individual Facebook ads without having to open up every separate campaign to see them. 3.
