We've recently connected HubSpot with Google Ads for Google Enhanced Conversions, where ad conversion actions are created and synced between HubSpot and Google to track long term performance of leads. This has created a conversion action within Google Ads specifically for imports from HubSpot. Right now, our lead conversion actions include Paid RFI, Organic RFI, and HubSpot Leads. Looking through the data we're trying to figure out how HubSpot leads correlate to the other two categories, as the numbers don't quite match up in the way we were expecting. I can export contacts that are sourced from/interact with Google Ads from HubSpot, but when these numbers don't match with the events that HubSpot syncs with Google Ads, we can't really figure out why. Without knowing which contacts are actually syncing with Google Ads, there's no clear way to determine where the issue is coming from or if we're misinterpreting the data. What would be really helpful is the ability to see which contacts HubSpot has synced with Google Ads, to get further clarity on how these groups interact with each other. This would allow us to better troubleshoot any problems on our end or with the conversion events sync.
