Hi there! Based on my research, it appears that there is currently no option offered by HubSpot that allows one to delete/disconenct one or more Facebook forms from a Facebook page connected under lead sync. It is my understanding that the only options are to disconnect the page entirely, or archive the form inside of Facebook. Some folks have a use case where they'd like to be able to delete/disconnect one or more Facebook forms from HubSpot without having to disconnect the page, nor archive the form in Facebook. I think it would be a great idea to create a CPC (cost per click) report in hubspot. I have already created a dashboard for Google Ads which measures contacts created, customers created, impressions etc... but having to go to Marketing > Ads to find the CPC for the month isn't a great way to measure stats where a report/graph style is easy to analyse results month to month. ...read more

When creating Google Ads campaigns, one can only add one keyword at a time. Some sophisticated campaigns come with many keywords, and when you multiply that for each campaign, it becomes an extremely time-consuming task. We've recently connected HubSpot with Google Ads for Google Enhanced Conversions, where ad conversion actions are created and synced between HubSpot and Google to track long term performance of leads. This has created a conversion action within Google Ads specifically for imports from HubSpot. Right now, our lead conversion actions include Paid RFI, Organic RFI, and HubSpot Leads.   Looking through the data we're trying to figure out how HubSpot leads correlate to the other two categories, as the numbers don't quite match up in the way we were expecting. I can export contacts that are sourced from/interact with Google Ads from HubSpot, but when these numbers don't match with the events that HubSpot syncs with Google Ads, we can't really figure out why. Without knowing which contacts are actually syncing with Google Ads, there's no clear way to determine where the issue is coming from or if we're misinterpreting the data.   What would be really helpful is the ability to see which contacts HubSpot has synced with Google Ads, to get further clarity on how these groups interact with each other. Ideally, it would be great to edit that cost per contact report to get CPL, CPMQL, etc. It's in Hubspot already, but would be great to put it in a dashboard. It will be super helpful to have the option to unenroll contacts after they met specific criteria in an if/then branch. For example, I have an if/then branch with 10 branches and each one of those has a lot of actions below, if I want a contact to go only throughout one or two of those actions underneath the if/then, I need to create another if/then branch before the next action to unenroll the contact, so it leaves us with a lot of if/then branches under a lot of other if/then branches or creating a bunch of separate workflows.    If we could have an unenrollment trigger for each if/then branch, we wouldn't need to create those if/then branches under each if/then branch.  ...read more
