You know what would make things sooo much easier? The ability to trigger a google ads conversion when a hubspot form is submitted. Literally all of our marketing is targeted towards form completion. I can't imagine we're the only ones... and we don't use a thank you page, so we can't trigger the coversion from there. Triggering right from the form seems like a no braniner! ...read more

My company has found that google discovery campaigns are very worthwhile for our e-commerce sales, but with limited tracking of discovery campaigns on hubspot it is harder to attribute the sales to contacts that I see come into my database. Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? Marketing Team What is their goal? To drive leads. What value will this add? It will help from a reporting perspective to be able to have all of our ad results reported in Hubspot.  Are there examples of other places or products who have this feature?  Screenshots, pictures, drawings, process diagrams, are helpful. Hi!    One of my issues with the Ads menu under marketing is that I cannot see the campaigns in a more detailed view.    For Linkedin, it is not even correct to say it is displaying campaigns, since it displays campaign groups. For both Linkedin and Google Ads, I can click on one campaign and see its details, but I cannot see all campaign details at once. Thus, I cannot see which ad group performs the best. (And we have quite a few ad groups in our campaigns)   As for Linkedin, it is even a bigger issue, since those are campaign groups, more like "folders" that group campaigns together according to some logic, but still, campaigns in them can be totally different, and there is no way to compare them.    I think it would be great if I could select in a dropdown what level I want to see for each ad platform.   For LI:  - Campaign Group - Campaign - Ad   For google: - Campaign - Ad group - Ad  - (maybe keyword?)   Cheers, Dora ...read more

At the moment the ROI on the ads page says it's based on deals that are in a closed won stage; but this is incorrect - it's based on customers that are in lifecycle customer, with a closed won deal. With custom Lifecycle stages it makes sense that people like myself may be using different closed won lifecycle stages depending on where the client came from etc, & not just using lifecycle customer for clients that are in a closed won deal stage - so this needs fixing. ...read more

Original Source drill down 1 & 2 are very helpful for measuring ad campaign success for Lead/Inquiry Generation ad tactics. When we think about Lead/Inquiry Nurture ad tactics, however, HSA is somewhat limited. Can a filter/column be built for 'Re-engagement' source drill down 1 & 2? This would be helpful to more easily track success vs. having to create a list of ad campaign engagers and build reports off of the list. ...read more

The ads add-on has lost a lot of value since HubSpot removed Linkedin ads.. And it stills cost the same... I hope it will be back on the road map very soon ...read more

Today, it is not possible to retrieve information from the date the user clicked on the ad.   The only way is by pulling the "Click Google Ad ID", but there is no date criteria.   Two suggestions: - Create a "Click Google Ad Date" property - Enable a "Data range" filter on the "Click Google Ad ID" property (just like when we pull the "Form Submission" in a list)   Thank you! ...read more
