Adding this ideas request having spent some time with different customers looking for the ability to track Google Ads Performance max campaigns:  https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/10724817?hl=en  Currently, this is not supported in HubSpot ad tracking so while the overall campaign can be synced to HubSpot the ad groups show as blank and converted contacts cannot be attributed to it in a meaningful manner.  We can also see this community posting noting the same request from about 40 users: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Ads/Performance-Max-or-PMax-Google-Ads/m-p/760151#M1893  Overall this is becoming more of a pain point for customers as this Google ads feature becomes more popular, and an ability to track these would benefit many. ...read more

We just learned that one of our HubSpot accounts had a broken LinkedIn integration for a couple of weeks, even though it was working fine when we first set it up.   We are running LI ads and a bunch of new leads NEVER got into HubSpot, rendering them cold. No emails or alerts were ever sent to us about the error. When reaching out to HubSpot support, they confirmed that it was probably due to an error from the LinkedIn side.   How is this possible?    This error has caused us a lot of stress, lost leads, and angry sales people. We 100% relied on this integration to pipe in lead gen leads from LI.   HubSpot support confirmed there is NO WAY to set up alerts such as these. This is a huge issue and there seems to be no reason for it.  It is impossible to Delete or Void an invoice after a certain point.  If an invoice is accidentally marked paid it's locked.  You can't delete it, void it or unassociate it, so it is just permanently **bleep** up.  This is unacceptable.  Nothing should ever be impossible to undo.  I have clients now that show multiple paid invoices because one was marked paid with the wrong amount.  So a new one was created with the correct amount and now they show double paid.  To not be able to correct this is absolutely laughable. ...read more

We are looking for a way to track all contacts acquired from a campaign using organic/paid to be able to include our paid, organic, agency, outside spends for a campaign then be able to make reporting based on cost per lead for various time periods built into the reporting capabilities in Hubspot. We need a bing ads integration ASAP. You have google ads integrated, it would really be helpful to have the same interface with Bing ads so we can monitor traffic and conversions down to the Keyword level on our Bing campaigns.    How long until that integration is up and running, you are integrated with LinkedIn, this doesn't make sense, put some energy towards Bing please.  ...read more

Currently, we cannot track the leads or clients from the carousel on LinkedIn or Facebook even though these contacts are synchronized into HubSpot, we can't say which leads come from the carousel ads. It would be useful if the tracking was available for these kinds of ads as well.  ...read more
