LinkedIn recently introduced a new ad format called Thought Leader Ads, which allows companies to promote content via personal profiles of their employees (so-called “thought leaders”), using the company’s ad account. However, it seems that contact-level tracking for these types of ads is currently not supported in HubSpot. Since these ads technically come from a personal account, they may not be handled like regular sponsored company content. I’d like to suggest native support for tracking interactions and conversions from Thought Leader Ads in HubSpot. This would help ensure continuity in reporting and lead attribution, especially as more and more B2B engagement on LinkedIn shifts to personal profiles rather than company pages. I believe this ad format will become increasingly important in the near future, and it would be great if HubSpot could evolve its LinkedIn integration accordingly.
