Hello HubSpot team. I really need a way to add a note in batch to either a group of companies or contacts. Use case: I work in an industry that still uses direct mail (USPS), and I want to select multiple companies or contacts at a time, and add a note that says "Sent 2025 spring campaign" so I have a way to track who it was sent to. Similarly, when I meet contacts at an event, I want to add one note to all contacts at once saying "Met at 2025 spring event." It would be really beneficial when you are working inside the Salws Workspace and go to "Prepare for Meeting" if you could then see the notes you left on the last 1 or 2 calls you've had with the customer if you open the card on the right.  The whole place is designed to PREPARE for a Meeting and reading the notes of your last call with the client really is key here. ...read more

As we are currently seeing activities being segmented, we'd like to at least there crucial properties we can use for metrics, filters and reports when dealing with meeting/bookings. Meeting Link used - this should house the specific meeting link of where the meeting is booked/scheduled from. Page URL - since meeting links can be attached to landing pages, for those cases, we'd like use this property to store that information. ie., if [meeting link 1] is embedded to [landing page 1] and [contact] books a meeting on that page. the meeting details should have the usual data, the [meeting link 1] set on "meeting link used", and [landing page 1] set on "page url".   This is to further allow is to get more data since the current properties on meetings "object" such as record source is unreliable and too vague.   if this is not possible or applicable to all, just allow us to create custom properties for meetings as well as allow us to create meeting workflows so that we can populate this data.  ...read more
