please could the notes section on the HubSpot app allow images to be uploaded or allow a picture to be taken. At the moment we take orders on teh phone and it's important to have the original notes logged somewhere and if the app could allow you to take a picture of your notes and add it into the note that would be great. ...read more

Each time you go into a contact or deal record you have to click "thread emails" at the top in order to get a sensible thread of emails (rather than a line item for each reply). This preference is not remembered in any way and you have to do it each time   Given that most people are used to using threads and that this feature was implemented relatively recently it doesnt make sense that there is no way to set your default as to how you want to use it and you have to select this every time ...read more

Depending on the type of activity there is no possibility to directly navigate to the respective object.   E.g. the activity "An employee opened Email XYZ". There should be a link to Email XYZ. The text alone is not enough, because I need to find that email manually. It would be much more efficient and convenient if there would be a hyperlink.   Even worse when I used the same subject for different emails on different contacts, I'm completely nailed. e.g. ("Here is your Trial Version"). This feature is for sales reps receiving phone calls via the PhoneWagon integration with Hubspot, where the incoming calls are automatically logged in Hubspot.   The goal is for sales reps who take incoming calls to receive credit for it in productivity reports, and so that managers have accurate reporting data on call volume among reps.   As it stands now, the incoming call activity gets logged as having "No Owner."   We need a mechanism to reassign the activity to the rep who actually took the call.   Since PhoneWagon is unlikely to be able to tell which Hubspot user took the phone calll, we need to be able to assign the correct activity owner after the call.     The ability to change the owner of other objects such as contacts and deals is already available in Hubspot. Hello, It would be very helpful to see when the next marketing email is set to go out to a contact. For example, we have a "Workflow" which has marketing emails sent automatically over a period of time. I would like Hubspot to create a property that shows the date the next marketing email is set to go out for each contact.   Here's why- If I am reaching out to a contact and leave a Voicemail, then I'll also send an email. Problem:   Currently, tasks created via sequence on contacts records are not automatically associated with the company or deal records. Our team has to manually associate the company with each task in order to see activity at the company level. This is time-consuming as we use sequences for the majority of our customer outreach/follow-up reminders, and review tasks.   Solution:  Remove the system barrier to auto-associate sequence tasks created on the contact record to their primary company and better yet, also any open deals the contact is associated with. - Same process as other tasks highlighted in this article.  ...read more

Currently we can only pin one individual note to the top of a company profile.  It would be great to be able to mark other important notes with a star or similar and then be able to filter out those favourite notes to search back on quickly.   ...read more

As an event and entertainment company, the only thing we're missing right now on Hubspot is a calendar view. Each Deal in our system is either a potential or a booked event. It has an "event date" property and based on that date, we should be able to see what's in the pipeline for each weekend, and which of our talent is already booked. Right now there isn't an option to view a calendar of your deals and I have no idea how no one else has requested it until now. If we had the chance to view each month/week/day (like google calendar), it would be a game changer for us.   As of now, I go to the deals page and filter based on date, then scroll to the date I want to view and look at it as a list view. It's terrible.
