Hello Team,   I am facing issue when I create the leads manually and import via file. My goal is to see how often a property is changed in a specific time-period.  For example: I set up a property (as a dropdown-menu) that checks whether a deal is hot or cold. Now after i month i want to filter the Deals, that have had a change in this exact property. Why is this useful?  My main goal is that i can create statistics out of this. I can see how often a custom property is being checked in regards of the deals.    So far you are only to check the change of custom properties in the source of the dependant deal / contact by hand (in the search historty) as far as i know.  ...read more

Need the ability to save photos/screenshots from a phone (iPhone, in my case) and desktop to a contact and deal without the photo being distorted. Currently, I can scan a document or photo using my scanner, save it as a JPEG after reducing the file size, then add it as a photo to a note within a deal. This is not efficient for those of us in the field though.  The goal would be as a user scrolls through the contact/deal activity, everyone could see the photo without having to hunt it down in the attachments. Having every member of our team appropriately name a photo before attaching it to a contact/deal is proving to be more difficult than I anticipated.      ...read more

In the recent update, the 3 columns on the contact were changed to be static and can no longer be changed or minimized. Please make the columns adjustable, or return the option to minimize the column on the far right side.  The current layout crowds the activity feed in the center column. ...read more

hi ive noticed i get repeat notification more than once when someone opens the email, i assume this is because the person may be reopening the same email? if so, anyway i can set it so that  i only get notified the first time the person opens an email, and not thereafter? thanks! ...read more

When a marketing email is sent, one of the activities tracked are clicks. We should be able to see the time when someone clicked on an email in the actual email performance or at least be able to filter by the most recent clicks.    Posting on behalf of a customer.  ...read more
