I want to be able to create a report on contact / customer / deal activities and show activity information in common columns - similar to the Contact/Company/Deal Activity feed Currently:- - Activity Type - this is consistent - Activity Assigned To - this is consistent - Activity Title may be Call Title, Meeting Name, Task Title, Email Subject, note body - Activity Description maybe Text, Meeting Description, Call notes, note title - Activity Status may be Call status, call outcome, email send status, task status, meeting outcome - Activity Date may be Task Due Date / Meeting Start Date For a report, i would like one property for each of these items. An alternate solution would be (1) activity workflows and (2) custom activity properties which are not available today.
