Hey Crew, When I walk out of a meeting, I take a video of myself and note precisely what happened. When I get back to my hotel at the end of the day, I type this all into Hubspot. It would be huge if you guys had a voice to text in notes. Here the notes would go directly into Hubspot. Thanks, Dre.

We have a few different types of notes that we take (1:1 meeting notes, coalition notes, personal information, and a pinned 'follow up on next meeting' type of note). It would be great to be able to tag and filter each of these note types.

Right now Hubspot notes sync to Activity History. Not only does this clog up the activities, but it syncs the note to the Task Subject field which is limited to 255char. If the note is longer than that, it is simply cut off. Hubspot notes should be synced to Salesforce notes instead.

Raising this suggestion on behalf of a HubSpot customer. With contact creations and properties, it's possible to save the property as mandatory before saving the property. With Meeting outcomes can it be a feature that the Meeting activity can be saved until all of the options have been saved? For example, none of the meeting activities has a null value. I can see that a similar idea has been raised here:https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Make-Call-Outcome-required/idi-p/179089 as well. Thanks so much team!

I am writing to complain about your new policy (effective in early August 2019) of not showing location with the email opens. I rely on that info to let me know if someone is out of town, or if the email has been forwarded to another person in another location. Can you reconsider this? It's really a big disappointment!

If one of our users attaches an attachment to a ticket/contact/company/deal that we request (i.e. an invoice for a customer), why do I have to download that attachment to my computer and then re-attach it to an email written to the customer in that ticket? Why is there no option to just attach an attachment that already exists for that ticket? This seems like an obvious function. Please help.

The lead revisit notifications are a great feature. On our website, we have a Login page for customers to access our product and for this single page, we would like to disable lead revisits notifications. I understand this is not currently possible. Could the ability to control which pages trigger a lead revisit notification, be included in a future update?

Hubspot would be a much more powerful collaboration tool for our teams if it were possible tag notes (ideally directly in the body of text using quick hashtags), and then be able to search them locally within company/contact records as shown in screenshot below. It would be even more powerful if there were a dedicated notes area in Hubspot, where one could filter on them all in one go on with the same set of filters: users / teams / tags. This would make Hubspot a great way to share insight and information across teams, structuring it / making it searchable.

Who: Service Hub - Support tickets What is the goal?: To be alerted of important information before proceeding with a service. Added Value: Alert stakeholders of busniess critical infomation The Idea: We need warning messages to pop-up when creating tickets to warn the person working on the ticket of pertinent information. This could be things like, "Attention: This client is delinquent. Please require payment before proceeding!" or "This client has a balance that can be applied to their bill." or "This client does not have a subscription. All Support work is to be billable." If we can’t have a pop-up, then a pinned message within each ticket for that client would show up at the top of that ticket where we could see it. This pop-up or pinned message can be set to expire at a certain time, appear in certain places, always appear, etc.
